A definite Yes!
This was a great place to stay while in town for a conference. It had everything needed and more for a comfortable stay. The place was very clean and as pictured. Eric was quick to respond. The hot tub was an added bonus. Would definitely stay again when we’re back in Redding. Don’t hesitate to book this. You won’t be disappointed.

Great Stay!
Convenient location, close to shopping and all you can need. We enjoyed the hot tub and hanging in the house during a stormy weekend. We had everything we needed, and the beds were comfy!

One of the best I’ve stayed in
We REALLY enjoyed our stay in this house. It is located in a really nice quiet neighborhood, short drive to restaurants and shops. The house is equipped with everything you would need for your stay, no detail was missed. Communication was also excellent. The backyard and hot tub are great and my kids loved the music instruments in the living room. Highly recommend!

Super clean, great neighborhood, plenty of space. Only suggestion is to please leave a porch light on for us evening check-ins & to clearly state the key-fob for entry is not the one BY the front door but rather the one ON the front door 😉

Convenient and fun
Close to the sundial bridge activities, go kart racing/ put put golf, and lots of shopping & eating options. The house itself is tastefully done and roomy, the hot tub was a delight in the chilly slow mornings, would stay again!

Awesome stay (with a hot tub!)
We stayed at Eric’s house with some friends and really enjoyed it! The house is very clean, spacious and modern, with a living room, 3 bedrooms and an office, which we used as an extra bedroom with an air mattress. We couldn’t inflate the mattress the host provided initially so his friend dropped a new air mattress and a working pump that same day - great hospitality!
Relaxing in a hot tub after hikes in Lassen park was amazing! All of us really enjoyed the stay.
