19th Hole Chalet - Eagle Crest Resort

Welcome to the 19th Hole Chalet where you can relax and unwind after a fun filled day of Central Oregon adventures. Located on the 15th fairway of the Ridge Course you will enjoy a quiet peaceful setting and beautiful views from the back deck, where you can BBQ or soak in the private hot tub.

This 3-bedroom (+ a loft), 2-bath vacation rental is the perfect destination for all family members to experience and conquer all that Central Oregon has to offer. The chalet includes a fully stocked kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, games, books, portable fans, and extra blankets & pillows.

NEARBY WINTER ACTIVITIES:
Only 50 minutes away from Mt. Bachelor or Hoodoo Ski Bowl where you can enjoy snowshoeing, cross country skiing, and exciting days down hill skiing.

NEARBY SPRING, SUMMER, FALL ACTIVITIES:
The rest of the year Central Oregon’s sun and warmth is perfect for hiking Smith Rock which is less than 30 minutes away, rafting or kayaking the nearby Deschutes River, and playing golf on one of the three Eagle Crest golf courses.

The Space:

3 BEDROOMS + LOFT + SOFA BED and 2 BATHS
- Master Bedroom 1: upstairs, queen bed w/ private bath, dresser and closet - TV
- Bedroom 2: downstairs, queen bed with dresser and closet
- Bedroom 3: downstairs, queen bed and walk in closet
- Loft: upstairs, 2 twin beds and a recliner.
- Living room: 1 queen bed in the sofa
- High chair, Pack 'n Play (you will need to provide your own sheet), and a bouncy chair available for little ones.

Shared full bathroom downstairs. Both bathrooms include all amenities, including body wash, shampoo/conditioner, hairdryers, and hand soap.

PETS
1 (one) well-behaved dog is permitted per stay. Please keep pets off the beds and furniture. Kennel your dog if left unattended in the Chalet. For guests with more than one dog, exceptions may be considered but must be arranged PRIOR to booking. Sorry, no cats or other pets. A $50.00 pet fee will be charged per pet per stay. PLEASE BE SURE TO INDICATE YOU ARE BRINGING A PET WHEN YOU CREATE YOUR RESERVATION. That way we don't have to bill you after the fact.

RESORT ACCESS
Enjoy workout rooms and state-of-the-art fitness equipment, indoor and outdoor pools, splash park, tennis courts, basketball, pickle ball, three golf courses, an 18-hole putt-putt course, sauna, bike rentals, and more.

OUR GUESTS RECEIVE 10 PASSES TO ALL THREE OF THE EAGLE CREST SPORTS CENTERS. Every person in your group will be able to use the sports centers! Please be sure to return them after use. $75 replacement fee if lost.

Book yourself a day at the resort spa. The resort also offers 11+ miles of hiking and bike trails, including direct access to the Deschutes River and views of the entire Cascade Range.

Eagle Crest offers paved walking trails and wider, paved bicycle paths throughout. Off road trails for mountain biking are also available in some areas.

PARKING
Two free dedicated parking spaces are located at the front of the chalet. Please note, no parking is allowed on the street or grass near the chalet. Overflow parking is available at the Sports Center.

Please note the Eagle Crest Home Owners Association Rules:

Quiet time and offensive activities:
• Deschutes County Noise Control Ordinance applies.
• Follow quiet time from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including hot tub use.
• Keep music within immediate listening area at all times.
• Any voices (singing, shouting, etc.) need to be kept in the immediate listening area.
• Outside lights should be off when not in use.

Parking:
• Park only in designated spaces or driveways.
• Street parking is permitted for 6 hours only, but not between 2:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
• Parking on turf, landscaped areas, or bike paths is not permitted.
• Electric bikes can be ridden on bike paths, all other motorized vehicles are for the streets.

Restrictions on vehicles:
• No large buses, shuttles, RV’s, trailers, or boats in Eagle Crest for more than 48 hours, except in enclosed or designated areas.
• Living or sleeping in RVs or campers parked in Eagle Crest is not allowed.

Fire safety and smoking:
• Obey fire advisory signs, as the area is prone to fires.
• Extinguish cigarette butts and dispose of them properly.
• Fireworks are not permitted in Eagle Crest.

Garbage and recycling:
• Dispose of properly bagged household garbage in designated bins or dumpsters.
• Handle glass properly or take it to approved recycling locations.
• Recycle cardboard, cans, and plastic in designated containers.

Pets and pet waste:
• Keep pets on a leash and pick up their waste immediately.
• Control dogs when off-leash in the Cline Buttes Recreation Area.

Golf Courses:
• All golf courses are only for people who have paid to use them.
• Golf courses are closed to everyone before and after hours.
• No dog walking, putting practice, or using them for a playground.

Water features and wildlife:
• Swimming in lakes or playing in water features is not allowed.
• Enjoy the vegetation, aquatic wildlife, or waterfowl without disturbing them.
• Avoid feeding deer and other wildlife—only bird feeders are permitted.
