Towels were soft, bed was soft. Plumbing was terrible-hot water tap didn't work properly, shower didn't get very hot and very little water pressure. There was no A/C or fan, just a small heater. You couldn't leave the window open because it was too noisy (right on hwy 101 with lots of trucks).

Toluet was not fully attached to the floor. The bathrub would not drain during a shower and the sprout was not firmly attached to the wall. One bed a dust ruffle while the other bed did not; just tacky looking. The plumbler would installed the sink must have been past quiting time as the water handles were reversed. No electrical outlet in the bathroom. No kleenex in the room.

Floor was dirty, bathtub dirty with hair in it, sheets and bedding was dingy, coffee pot was not clean, light bulb was burnt out. I didn’t expect a lot for the price but I did expect a clean room.

I’m pretty sure I got bed bugs and the place was filthy. I feel bad writing this review but I’m genuinely worried about anyone who decides to stay here. I’ve been itching for days since leaving and I slept fully clothed in my pajamas as to try not to touch the bedding. There was hair all over the floor and bathroom and dust covered most elevated surfaces. Will not go into the check in process cuz I believe there was a mistake but let’s say at best it’s antiquated.

Horrible communication
My stay was okay. However I got charged twice for a room. I have had to reach out up to seven times now and still been getting to run around on something that is debited out of my account. The fact that they are not contacting me and I'm the only one reaching out in this matter is very upsetting. Due to the way they handle their customer service I will never stay there again or any of their other properties.
