Very close to many outdoor sites. We did book the King bdr with a view. Let me tell you, if advertising and pictures that are deceiving that room scored a 1 We basically had a view of a grassy area and a street. The harbor was off to the right, with the exception if you sat outside it improved.

It is advertised as free wifi but once your checked in they give you a paper stating wifi available in public space only may not be available in rooms, which we didn’t have. Wouldn’t have booked this place knowing that we didn’t have WiFi available in our room. Continental breakfast not until 7:30, small area with just 3 tables. Food was mini muffins, cereal and bananas. If you wanted water you had to purchase a bottle. No water dispenser for guest. Thermostat didn’t work properly, had to turn to off to get the heat to stop.

New owners and recent updated rooms! Everyone I met on the property was extremely nice and helpful! And there was plenty of hot water! I would absolutely stay here again!

The front desk was very accommodating. I wasn't able to take stairs due to some knee issues and they were able to change my room to a first floor. Everything was very clean. It is an older property so don't expect what newer hotels provide. The "breakfast" wasn't really much of anything. Just juice coffee, snack bar or bagel/toast. I ended up not eating there because they also didn't have non-dairy creamer so I couldn't drink the coffee. However, Bob's Main Street was amazing! I'd only stay again since it was so clean.

This is an older property. Upon check in, we discovered that it also offers long-term housing. It appeared that the hotel portion was in the back of the property away from the water and more secluded. The desk clerk was efficient but not really welcoming or friendly. Overall the property felt sketchy. The room itself was what we expected for the money. It could have been cleaner; there was sand on the floor. We took our shoes off at the door and had not been to the beach. The deadbolt did not work. We will not stay here in the future.

Rude
I had over slept my alarm and revived a phone call from the front desk. I asked if I could check out a little later. Check out was 11 and I only needed an hour to get my things together. The woman on the phone was rude and told me to get out in ten minutes or they were charging me again. It was over priced considering the space and the heater didn't work and I froze all night.
