I stay at this hotel all the time and I love the place. However this time, my bed was supposed to be a queen but was two beds put together poorly and the space between the two mattresses made for a very uncomfortable and sleepless night. If two beds are put together, there should be a thick mattress on top covering both box springs. Anyway, it was a very bad experience yet, for a hotel that I always enjoy.

One of us cut our foot on the broken bed and reported it to staff who only said sorry. They tried to fix it the next day but didnt. Foot swelled up couldn’t get work boots on the next day so missed work. Reported this to manager who said he couldn’t do anything for us cause we booked through Expedia. Other than that good value for a cheaper place.

Very happy with the hotel and facilities, clean, quiet and tidy. Only complaint was a message from hotel at 07:00 am that I could do an online checkout now, good thing I wasn't sleeping in or I would be really ticked.

Even though there is an elevator, a lot of rooms require you to use stairs after using the elevator which wasn’t stated. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned well around the sink and it was easily visible. Breakfast is served till 1000 but at 940 with a lot of guests present, there were no hot items left and they stated they weren’t making more. On our last morning at 920 they were out of hot items again and didn’t put out any more even when asked if there would be more items. I booked a hotel with breakfast included, I expect to get the breakfast I paid for! Will not stay here again!

We were given a room on the south end of the building which was VERY dated and in rough shape. Renovations are badly needed. We complained the next morning at the front desk and they upgraded us to a room (258) on the north end of the building. It was much newer and in reasonable shape. Our stay was for 3 nights. Had we not been upgraded to a newer room, we would have not stayed the other 2 nights.
