Good spot to stop for a rest just off hwy 1. Perhaps a bit loud for light sleepers if there happens to be noisy people in rooms next to yours. Otherwise the hotel is quiet - you wouldn’t know the hwy is right out the doors! We travelled with our dog and there are some great walking areas just east of and behind the hotel!

The hotel was clean except the towel were grey not a big deal, the probably don't use bleach. Also the pillow were a big worn out. Otherwise it was great. Really no complaints. Breakfast was very nice. Would stay again for sure.

The deadbolt on my room didn't work properly so I didn't feel very safe traveling as a single female. I secured the door using other methods from the inside. And the 3rd floor room I had was not on the same level as an elevator so I had to lug my luggage downstairs.Also I turned off the air conditioner and left the window open through the night as there was a musty smell from it which caused the whole room to have an unpleasant odor. Not likely to stay again even though the price was affordable.

The area arount the building was un kept with junk along the fence line and unkept. A ground cover other than grass should be considered or maintained. My toilet was running. The staff were good and helpful
