Check in was great. Breakfasts were very good. I told the lady cleaning rooms when I left in the morning that I would be out. Came back at 3, nothing done and no one ever came. Guess you have to request for service at the desk. We are in our late 70’s and placed in a room overlooking the water slide where the loud screaming never stopped!

The front desk attendant with red hair would benefit from customer relation lessons. Checkin sucked and left me feeling a little pissed. For the price of the stay, i understand that the facility being waterslides makes it a desirable location but the room left me underwhelmed. We had fun at the pool and slides, i was impressed by how clean that area was.
