The house and grounds are lovely and we had an enjoyable week at the property. We were kept waiting for half an hour at the agreed meeting place after we were told 10 minutes. Disappointed to smell cigarette smoke on entering the property and see a discarded cigarette in an ashtray on the kitchen table.

Casa exactamente como descrita no anúncio. Local extremamente bonito e tranquilo para umas ótimas férias em família. A casa para além de decorada com muito bom gosto, dispõe de todos os utensílios e amenidades necessárias aos hóspedes, não sendo por isso preciso estar preocupados com o que possa faltar. O espaço exterior é extremamente confortável com várias cadeiras, espreguiçadeiras, mesa para jogos e/ou refeições, cama de rede e relvado. A piscina fez as delícias de todos, com ótimas dimensões. Dispõe de grelhador de exterior com todos os utensílios necessários. A anfitriã foi sempre prestável e disponível para esclarecer qualquer questão. A propriedade é exatamente como está descrita, todo o processo de reserva e comunicação com a proprietária foi excelente e bastante prático. A casa, jardim, piscina e espaços exteriores são bastante amplos, permitindo usufruir das comodidades ao longo de todo o dia. A piscina tem uma altura mínima de aproximadamente 1,5m, importante para quem leva crianças. Os colchões e almofadas estão a precisar de ser substituídos e as espreguiçadeiras deviam ser, no mínimo, 4, as 2 existentes mais a cadeira não são suficientes. O terraço e mesa de refeições exterior são espetaculares desde o pequeno-almoço até à noite!

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à Monte do Sobreiro. Helena est une hôte accueillante et toujours disponible. La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée et décorée parfaitement, et que dire du jardin et de la piscine, avec une vue idyllique. L'endroit est idéal pour relaxer, rayonner vers les sites historiques et des petits villages pittoresques dans les alentours. Nous y retournerons c'est sûr.

Une semaine inoubliable en famille
Une semaine inoubliable en famille! L'encadrement est effectivement magnifique. Une belle propriété de campagne totalement équipée, propre et decorée avec goût. Le scénario environnant nous invite au recueillement, les couchers de soleil nous laissent à bout de souffle.. Ici on a trouvé le meilleur de deux mondes: la tranquillité, le dolce fare niente au bord de la piscine et à l'ombre du chêne-liège, le temps qui passe sans que l'on se rende compte.. Et en même temps la possibilité de faire d'agréables promenades en voiture autour du grand lac de l'Alqueva, des visites culturelles de Monsaraz, Évora, ou des vestiges mégalithiques de la région. Nous avons aussi pu profiter de la toute récente plage fluviale de Monsaraz à juste 15 minutes de route de la maison, et eu le plaisir de faire un tour en bateau sur le beau lac Alqueva. Finalement (et extrêmement important pour nous) nous nous sommes régalés avec la fantastique gastronomie de la région dans les villages d'Alandroal, Redondo, Vila Viçosa et Borba. Les adultes ainsi que les enfants ont adoré ! Pour terminer, je ne peux pas oublier de mentionner la propriétaire, Helena, très aimable et attentive à nos besoins. Un grand merci pour les excellentes recommandations ! Monte do Sobreiro nous manque déjà.. Véronique S. M.
