This is a well-kept hotel with clean, well provided rooms. We were there in the fall when it was very quiet. The breakfast, I have to say was very packaged and plastic but the staff said that in the real season they do have hot food. The pool was small but would be good for kids. Parking was easy and the hotel was located near all the nice shops and restaurants. 5 to 10 minute walk to the boardwalk.

Nice hotel in convenient location. Breakfast was included. Unfortunately, it didn't start until 8AM. Some people are early risers and may have to get on the road. 7AM would have been better. And never told that it was only a continental breakfast. Not even scrambled eggs. A bit disappointing.

Had a great stay at Breakers. In the perfect location to walk toward the boardwalk. Staff was very friendly and they had a great continental breakfast service each morning.

The accommodations were a little on the dumpy side, but not terrible. It was tolerable for a weekend, especially with July Fourth prices. We would stay there again, but only if it's the last available. The pool was ridiculously tiny. The breakfast was average. The front desk lady was really nice and it was a great walkable location. The 'free' parking was really convenient. All-in-all, it's pretty average.

It’s a good price for what you get. The rooms are pretty minimalist and there’s absolutely nothing exceptional but it’s a comfortable bed And the hotel is conveniently located.
