Mar Bella is an adults-only, 10-room boutique hotel providing amazing and unique beach stays at the best price. With luxurious, tastefully decorated rooms and amazing spa amenities, Mar Bella has everything you and your party need to truly get the most out of your beach stay. We welcome guests from all over the world and every walk of life with the goal of making everyone feel welcome, comfortable and respected throughout their stay. We are just minutes to Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, historic Lewes and the natural beauty of Cape Henlopen State Park, and right next door to a wide array of great dining and 130 tax-free outlet stores, and many other activities and attractions. And on top of it all, Mar Bella does its part to protect the environment with 32 kilowatts of solar power, solar water heaters, recycling and other carbon offsets.

The Sea Shell room is a spacious luxury bedroom decorated in coastal style with a private ensuite bathroom. It's on the second floor in the main part of the hotel with a self-serve coffee/tea bar close by. The bedroom features a premium king-size bed and a seating area with comfy chairs, as well as a desk and chair for your laptop. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower and double sink. There's a 55" 4k UHD TV with free Netflix, Max, Apple TV, AMC+ and HULU, as well as a mini-fridge to keep your drinks cool. We provide fresh linens, bath and pool towels and bath supplies, and even Mar Bella robes for you to enjoy. You'll have access to a handy online store where you can find beach gear rentals, snacks, drinks and other travel necessities. The Blue Heron is stocked and ready with everything you need for a memorable beach stay!

All our guests have full access to Mar Bella's great amenities, including the large in-ground pool, our huge 11-by-8 foot hot tub, the unique Himalayan salt-walled sauna, the Mar Bella Market for snacks, drinks, ice cream and more, luxurious hot/cold outdoor showers, a fire pit for evening relaxing, as well as hammocks strung beneath the pines and gorgeous outdoor seating and lounging areas all around the property. We have ample free parking for our guests, and an EV charger is available.

You won't find a cleaner hotel in all of Rehoboth Beach! Your room has been scrupulously cleaned and sanitized by our housekeeping staff who follow a strict cleaning protocol. Unlike almost all other hotels we launder all bed coverings and blankets after every stay. You will find your room sparkling clean and sand-free, guaranteed.

Wonderful stay at Mar Bella
My husband and I spent our "anniversary weekend" at Mar Bella near Rehoboth Beach. We were very deliberate in finding a place that would enrich our experience in a new destination and Mar Bella (and their hosts) came through. It was absolutely lovely, well stocked with amenities and very relaxing. Everything you could want for a short getaway. David was very nice and we enjoyed a memorable stay. Thank you!

Perfect Oasis
The perfect spot to rest after a full day of shopping, eating and beaching. However, if looking for a place to walk to area restaurants /attractions or just take a morning stroll there are no sidewalks and very busy streets. That being said, it was a lovely stay, and I will return in the future.

Holiday getaway
The property was just what we were looking for on a holiday getaway. It is located close to a lot of things, but is also very quiet. It is clean and comfortable. The hosts are very thoughtful in the room and accommodation details such as a having a sound machine, coffee/tea bar and water dispenser to name a few. The outdoor hammocks and fire pit are also a great touch. Check in and out were a breeze. The communication throughout the process was detailed and swift. Great hosts, property and location. I would definitely stay here again.

MarBELLA - lives up to its name!

Nice size sea shell room- king bed. Loved dual sinks. Beautiful pillows, safe, modern approach to security in house, comfortable bed, quiet pre- season stay. Warm, friendly owner. Convenient/short couple of miles to Rehoboth beach.
