Great Potential But...
Let's start with the positive:
10/10 Great location! Near amenities, market, tram and walking distance to Halles Du Boulingrin.
10/10 Bright and Spacious communal spaces!
Unfortunately, the massive potential of this apartment is unrealized because of the following:
Poorly maintained. Fist-sized holes in the door and dry walls. Fridge baskets that are stuck. Wobbly handrails for the stairs.
Badly fitted towel rack/hook. Whoever installed them was totally unqualified, the hooks are ABOVE the rack, the L arm support is upside down meaning they do not work.
Lacking basic things like cutting board and coffee mugs.
Concern on security of a single digital lock. The cleaners have the access code (there were there when we arrived) and the code wasn't changed, nor was there a way for us to change the code. There was no dead bolt for us to lock up the place at night, and when we were out, we wondered if people will go into the unit and clean us out.
Overall 80% positive but with 20% negative were "deal breakers" for us...
