Ik heb een slechte beoordeling toegevoegd omdat we, ondanks reservering in dit hotel, naar een ander hotel werden gestuurd, zonder kans op terugbetaling of protest. Reden was: geen warm water in het hotel Camino De Principe. Het was de 2de keer dat we dit in een staatshotel hebben ervaren tijdens onze reis in Cuba. Op zich niet onoverkomelijk, maar het ander staatshotel waar ze ons naar toe stuurden (Hotel Barcelona, van dezelfde keten) was oud en versleten, kamerraam ging niet open, kamer rook zeer muf, ... en het ontbijt was echt ondermaats.
