Nous étions venu dans cet établissement il y a 6 ans et ce n était pas terrible. Cette année nous avons vu un réel changement.Anais à l accueil au top , un vrai rayon de soleil très compétente . L équipe est dynamique. Le chef cuisinier sensationnel, du choix de la qualité. Nous recommandons cet établissement.

Impeccable et dans un cadre magnifique
Même si je n'étais que de passage et en automne, l’accueil a été très chaleureux, et les prestations impeccable. Sans parlé du cadre immédiat de l’hôtel du Parc des baronnies qui est magnifique.

Très bel établissement calme et agréable
Très bon accueil, personnel très abordable et très sympathique. Un endroit très calme avec une splendide piscine, un sauna et un hamam, un moment de détente appréciés. Je recommande à toute les personnes qui aime le calme, les balades et les beaux paysages.

A éviter, prix sans rapport avec les prestations !
Evitez totalement les chambres triples, surfacturées, sans clim et d'un goût daté. Heureusement que le personnel est très aimable parce que sinon il y a vraiment beaucoup à redire. A commencer par le délai d'attente à l'arrivée (1h30 !) et le wifi qui ne marche pas, ensuite par la distance entre la réception et la chambre, le design dépassé des chambres, l'absence de climatisation (plus de 30 °C dans la chambre !), les défauts de fonctionnement (télé). Le petit déjeuner est bien mais il faut le prendre dans une salle type réfectoire, sinistre. Enfin il faut libérer les chambres avant 10h00. Inexcusable sachant que les chambres sont données après 18h00. Un seul point positif : l'amabilité du personnel qui est réelle.

A recommander vivement!
Pour un week-end détente dans la Drôme cet hôtel club est idéal. Situation excellente pour randonnées et visites touristiques, la piscine en fin de journée est un vrai plus. Le personnel est très attentionné. Repas du soir en buffet très varié et bon pour un prix très raisonnable. Petit déjeuner buffet très garni et très bien aussi. Un sèche-cheveux dans la chambre serait apprécié. Sinon, à recommander vivement

RAS. Arrivés à 20.00 les clefs nous attendaient dans une corbeille à l'accueil. Partis le lendemain à 08.00 nous avons déposés les clefs à l'accueil dans une corbeille. Donc nous n'avons vu personne sauf au petit déjeuner, lequel en self service est varié et de bonne qualité. Chambre spacieuse propre confortable.Nous avons eu le service attendu donc RAS
