This is a Dog Hotel which is what I need, so I appreciate that! However, the room really needs a deep clean. The floor was gross-very dirty, and the chase in the room was full of stains

Room did not have any carpet. After taking a shower and then walking barefooted in the room, the bottoms of our feet were BLACK. Need to better with floor cleaning.

Great stay for a family

Family of 5 - 2 adults and 3 children, 8, 6 & 2. We made it work, but definitely couldve used a pullout couch or a roll a way bed. We loved how this place was so open, clean and the renovations are top notch. Great price and lovely pool and 2 chicks breakfast was so delicious!

you can't even get on property until after 4pm! they have everything locked up with a fence around the whole property! this place is an apartment complex that they turn into a hotel! i got to the property at 12 noon and i couldn't find out how to get in so i called the number that they gave me and they told me that nobody is allowed on property until 4pm! i waited outside the property for over 2 hours sitting on the sidewalk looking like a homeless man while trying to get in and arguing with them that no where does it say that we can't get on property until after 4pm! someone was kind enough to open the gate for me so i could sit down in a chair while waiting i had to poop so bad and i was super thirsty because i had nothing to drink since i came directly from the airport but they didn't care at all! they told me to take a taxi to a store with my suitcases and go poop there and buy water! horrible customer service! they had workers there on property and they refused to even acknowledge me! once they found out that i was on property sitting outside on the chair waiting to check in they called me and told me to leave and don't come back until after 4pm or they would call the police for trespassing! I demanded and got a fulll refund and got a hotel at best western down the street and best western had great customer service and was able to let me use a bathroom in the lobby even though i wasn't checked in yet. the workers on the phone can't even speak English!

I stayed at this hotel for almost a week. The area is nice, quiet, and convenient for relaxation. From the balcony, you can enjoy the fresh mountain air and a view of the mountains in the distance. The pool and their in-house restaurant are very pleasant. Such a pleasant area.

The place seemed very well maintained it was very close to Meadowood Mall, literally across the street, it had a wonderful breakfast restaurant attached to the front of hotel. My only problem was we booked it online and when we went to check in the woman at the desk said that we had requested a pet friendly room which we had not we were not traveling with a pet and she said well because you booked online that's the only thing we have available. (not sure what difference that made, if I called the hotel directly or booked online I believe in these days most people do book online now). The room was tidy and neat however there was sand all over the floor obviously the floor had not been swept and it was sprayed with an overwhelming odor of cleaning chemicals which is very hard for my elderly mother to breathe. It did however have a lovely outdoor area with a kidney-shaped pool and a fire pit that you could sit around we did not enjoy this because we were so tired and had a busy day the next day but I would definitely recommend

The hotel was very clean and very quiet. The beds were comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing i didnt like was the bathroom door had a squeek to it when you open and closed it, also the lights in the room were very dim. I had my senior mom with me and it was hard for her to read or see much because of the dim lights. Brighter bulbs would be nice.

When I booked it said pet friendly. When I arrived after a 9 hour drive I was informed that it was dogs only. I had a bird in a cage. To her credit the woman at the front desk wrote down the names of four properties that supposedly accepted other animals. Only two would. Clarity on their website would be helpful.
