A Clean, Quite Hotel. Inexpensive Hotel.
A clean quite hotel. Staff was helpful. The location is near the all the major downtown Reno casinos, entertainment venues, and public transportation. The hotel was a good bargain for a downtown Reno Hotel. I visited Reno for the Ragecon tabletop game convention probably would not have been able to go if not for finding a good inexpensive hotel like this one. I'll be returning next year to this hotel.

Inside the room was fine if you didn’t notice the remnants of previous occupants using illegal narcotics. There were several people outside under the influence of substances, which is to be expected in the area. I still felt fairly safe being outside in the daylight.

Our room had not been cleaned; there were men’s underwear hanging from the shower and dirt marks all over the walls. The stairways are covered in astroturf and smells like a urinal. Thankfully, the staff is very kind and helpful - the company has completely let this location go and this hasn’t been my experience with other properties of theirs.

The front desk was rude. Asked twice to have it cleaned and was not. Maids were yelling at eachother. People live there and loud. Room was disgusting. Dirt on walls, tub and sink. Floor was dirty. Worst place ever. At 10:50am the power went out to make sure everyone checked out at 11.

We pulled into the parking lot to check in and it was evident to us that a portion of this hotel was being used for government housing. The people in the parking lot and up on the three-story landings appeared to be up of the less fortunate. We did not even attempt to check in and Were willing to forfeit our payment previously made. We felt it was not safe for our children.

Will NOT stay ever again
Plain n simple... It was NASTY! We stayed in room 410 in Reno. Floors were sticky, and not clean. Dirt or something on top of A/C unit. Broken mirror on wall. Hair on Towels and in tub. Shower knob is loose. Hair dryer on wall VERY dirty and stained. And, dirty socks under the bed from previous guests. Stair way smelled of human piss. We were not told of elevator location, carried all our stuff up 4 flights, and then accidentally found the elevator later that night. It is not properly marked. We left a note on desk saying that they should be embarrassed, and pointed out the above. I wish I did take pictures to show proof, but I did not.

Save your money and go somewhere else. This place is complete trash - they literally have trash bags full of garbage lining the hallways. Elevator doesn't work - long term residency, super sketchy people. Fire code hazards in the room.
