The 3 bedrooms can accommodate 6 people. 2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds - ideal for children.

The fully equipped kitchen makes you want to cook yourself, even if the cheap and good restaurants in Rerik are always worth a visit.

Beach utensils are in the garden shed and can be used with pleasure.

The sandy beach and cliffs are within easy walking distance. A porch and a beach shell are ready in the garden shed.

The idyllic dune beach between Kägsdorf and Kühlungsborn can be reached in 4 km by bike or 6 km by car.
The Ostseebad Kühlungsborn itself is only 9 km away and Warnemünde, Rostock and Wismar can be reached for a day trip in about 30 minutes.

Fresh rolls and everything you need is available in the corner shop at the campsite just 100m away. Bakery, supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance in a few minutes.
In 20 minutes you can comfortably walk to the harbor.

The cycle path network starts right outside the front door and leads via Kühlungsborn to Warnemünde or to the island of Poel and Wismar.

The most beautiful sand is at the Kühlungsborn West (Riedensee) beach about 8km,
the perfect idyll on the beach in Kaegsdorf east about 5km,
direct bathing fun at the pier in Rerik (2km),
the most wonderful hike on the Salzhaff in Rerik,
There is perfect strolling and fun for the children on the center beach in Kühlungsborn.
Our favorite restaurant is the Büsefeuer in Rerik with the best price-performance ratio.

Schöne Haus
Hier und da fehlt eine pflegende Hand mit genauem Blick. Sehr offene Grundstückssituation, keine Begrenzung daher oft plötzlich spielende Kinder rund ums Haus und auf der Terrasse. Sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig wenn man Ruhe sucht im Urlaub.

wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienobjekt. Es hat einfach alles gestimmt. Sauberkeit, Komfort, Freundlichkeit, Lage und das Wetter! Ruhe pur ! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Das Objekt ist nur zu empfehlen. Bis zum tollen Strand sind es zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten! Topbewertung für ein Topobjekt !!!! :-) LG aus der Börde

Ein in Haus welches minimalistisch eingerichtet ist . Zu wenig Geschirr , mit Tesafilm abgeklebte Steckdosen .Defekte Kaffeemaschine.Duschen die nicht ablaufen, ohne das Bad zu fluten konnte man nicht Duschen gehen.

Hübsches Häuschen in ruhiger Lage
Das Häuschen lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es liegt ruhig gelegen am Ortsrand von Rerik. Kleinere Probleme mit dem Geschirrspüler wurden umgehend behoben. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden das Haus sofort wieder buchen.

Schön, aber erstmal musste geputzt werden.
Bei Wohnungen und Häusern von FeWo mit besten Bewertungen habe ich es noch nicht erlebt, dass ich erstmal Reinigungsmaterial besorgen musste. Ich habe am ersten Tag die Schlafzimmer und die Bäder geputzt, am nächsten Tag das Wohnzimmer, Böden im OG und im UG und die Küche. U.a. der Herd hat gestunken und war total dreckig. Die Fenster waren in den Fälzen total schmutzig (eklig beim Öffnen) Scheiben waren uns sind noch schmutzig. Danach war alles ok. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Rande eines Campingplatzes. 500 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Die Ausstattung ist zwar billig (Ikea billigst) aber zweckmäßige. Ein Wasserkocher war nicht vorhanden, den mussten wir uns beschaffen. Die Betten sind gut und bequem. Sitzen im Feien auf zwei Terrassen ist gut möglich. Allerdings gibt es keinen Sichtschutz zu benachbarten Häusern und zur Zufahrtsstraße. Das war für uns jedoch ok. da nicht viele der Häuser belegt waren. Insgesamt ist das Haus zu empfehlen. Die Reinigungsfirma sollte jedoch besser arbeiten. Putzmaterial, ein besserer Staubsauger (keine Attrappe) der auch saugt sollten vorhanden sein. Die Besitzer wohnen in Amerika und haben scheinbar kein verlässliches Reinigungspersonal beauftragt. Insgesamt hatten wir nach den anfänglichen Putzproblemen einen schönen Urlaub. Die Lage ist gut und ruhig. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten gut geeignet. Wenn das Haus bei Ankunft wirklich sauber ist kann ich es jedem empfehlen. Für zwei Tage putzen statt Urlaub je einen Stern Abzug.

Rerik ist als Ausgangslage für den Ostsee Urlaub super.
Das Objekt ist gut gelegen, leider ist die Innenausstattung schon ganz schön verschlissen, aber noch funktioniert alles. Kühlschrank leider ohne Eisfach. Eine Waschmaschine im Haus zu haben war sehr gut. Die Sauberkeit im Haus und der Zustand des Aussenbereichs ist leider in dieser Preisklasse nicht so schön.

erholsamer Urlaub zu Coronazeiten im Herbst 2020
Großzügiges Ferienhaus, ausreichend PLatz für bis zu 6 Erwachsenen bei 3 Schlafzimmern, geräumiges Wohnzimmer, schöner Kamin, tolle Sauna (im November ganz wichtig), 2 Terrassen, Grundstück allerdings nicht begrenzt, insgesamt 7 gleiche Reetdachhäuser innerhalb der "Anlage", direkt neben Campingplatz, vielleicht im Sommer etwas lauter (im November ohne Bedeutung), günstige Lage, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Küste, frische Brötchen beim Campingplatz um die Ecke, ca. 200 m, ca 1,5 km zum Supermarkt in Rerik, sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Kleines Manko: keine Kleiderschränke, lediglich Kommoden in 2 Schlafzimmern, im 3. Schlafzimmer nur offene Regale. Ferienhaus für geruh- und erholsamen Urlaub sehr empfehlenswert!

Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen, es ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit einer hübschen Dekoration. Leider gibt es keinerlei Schränke, nur kleine Kommoden, so dass man bei einem längeren Aufenthalt kaum Möglichkeiten hat seine Sachen ordentlich unterzubringen. Ein Bügeleisen und eine kleine Espressomaschine würden den Haushalt noch abrunden.

Skatgemeinschaft
wir - eine Skatgemeinschaft bestehend aus 4 Herren - haben ein verlängertes Wochenende in dem Haus in Rerik verbracht. Das Objekt selber aber auch die Kommunikation im Vorwege mit der Eigentümerin und der Agentur waren einwandfrei. Es hat uns in allem seht gut gefallen.

Kurzurlaub an der Ostsee
Alles war wunderschön, außer der Schlüsselübergabe, es könnte die Kommunikation nicht ausreichend gewesen sein. Sonst ein tolles Haus, schöne Umgebung. Ein wenig störend war die Baustelle in ca . 100m. Diese ist aber bald Geschichte. Wir Haben die Tage genossen und würden bestimmt wieder kommen

Der Kurzurlaub im Haus war wunderschön. Zusammenarbeit mit der Verwaltung ect. unkompliziert . Lage etwas außerhalb... zu Fuß ist aber alles erreichbar.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub
In dem sehr schönen, geschmackvollen Haus fehlt es an nichts. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohlgefühlt. Fahrradausflüge an den Strand (geht auch zu Fuß), zum Hafen von Rerik oder nach Kühlungsborn haben wir genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Carolin und Wolfgang
