These houses sit within a 1,500 m? private estate on the northern coast of Crete, near the town of Rethymnon, in the village of Atsipopoulo.
Villa Ammos is a 2 bedroom house (100 sqm), can accommodate 4 people in beds and up to 5 people.
Layout

Ground floor

Entering villa you will find an open plan area with the living room with two sofas and coffee table, fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Interior of the villa is designed in traditional style which will bring you sense of coziness and feeling of home away from home. Owner of the complex pays special attention to the small details, paintings on the wall, handmade doormats, house plants, everything is carefully thought out. WC with shower also available on this floor.

First Floor

On the first floor guests will find two bedrooms of the Villa, one with double bed (1,60 X 2,00) and built-in wardrobe, while the other one features two single beds (1,00 X 2,00). All bedrooms are air conditioned. Also on first floor is located bathroom with toilet.

Outdoor area
The outdoor area of the complex offers several facilities, shared between the villas, which include:
- A 40 m? communal swimming pool with sun beds, umbrellas and resting area
- Beautiful garden with seating area

- A communal washing machine
- Each villa has it own parking space

Diktamos Villas are built almost in the center of Northern Crete in Atsipopoulo Village, 5 km from Rethymno city.

Atsipopulo is a nice suburb of Rethymnon Town, only 5 km from the city center. There is nothing that you cannot find in Atsipopoulo nowadays, as it has all kinds of shops, supermarkets, bakeries, many restaurants and services. The spot of the complex is ideal for people who want a quiet place to relax but to be close to everything. Furthermore it is a great base for making excursions around Crete as the main national road is only 2 minutes away.
