We really liked and enjoy our stay at 95-99 Center Hotels Laugavegur. The staff/employees are nice particularly the restaurant manager (we forgot to take his name but i think he's the only restaurant manager there - very nice guy), the guy at the reception and his shift manager (aka Michael Buble look), All the staff in our floor (3rd floor) who looks after our room - they even brought me the hotel slippers as Iceland Air left my baggage in Toronto. Delicious breakfast - they even have something for vegetarian people. Hotel is so close to everything, bus stop, grocery stores, shopping, seaport, that popular church, the rainbow street and everything. I would stay again in this hotel.

Great Stay and great location! The hotel had an elevator, which was a must for us, and it made our stay so much more convenient. Drank water straight from the tap!!! We rented a car, so having parking was essential. The parking lot in the back was small, with fewer than 10 spaces, but plenty off street parking. The hot breakfast in the morning was great and The staff from the restaurant and front desk were wonderful—warm, friendly, and welcoming, which made our experience even better. Location is perfect, with bus stop 9 located right around the corner, shops, 24/7 markets, eateries and places to visit. Overall, we’d recommend this hotel.

I dont understand whhere the excellent star location is, this hotel rates 5 stars in every category. From check in to check out, for our entire stay. We had no problems. Courtesy, professional, and friendly. Very nice, reasonable price, great location to stay.

Overall the hotel is excellent. I am VIP status so they let me have a room when I arrived at 9.30am. The breakfast was included. The area was convenient but quiet, maybe because it was so cold outside that barely anybody walked outside. Shops, restaurants and convenient stores were close by. Bus stop 9 was around the corner. Also it was just 10 minute walk to bus stop 12, the popular stop for tour pickups.

I liked how convenient the property was to the different parts of the city. I didn’t like the constant knocking-like noise I kept hearing from above. The room was on lower ground below the lobby so I’m assuming it was from the other guests walking around the lobby.
