Excellent place to stay after a long trek in East Greenland. The food in the restaurant was sublime, the staff polite & helpful & the roof top plunge pool was perfect. I would stay here again much better than the airport Hotel Aurora in all respects & just a short taxi ride from the airport

Hótel Berg is a beautiful hotel on the coast in Keflavik. There is a hot tub on the 2nd floor looking out onto the bay. Black out curtains did not let any of the sunlight in. The staff were very friendly. It was a wonderful experience.

Hotel Berg was the perfect transition hotel near the airport. It was clean and comfortable. The location is outstanding. Even though it is close to the airport, you don't hear planes taking off and landing. It is quiet. The hotel overlooks the harbor and there are paths that go along the shore and into town. Best of all is the path to Giganta's Cave, a whimsical spot that celebrates a beloved character in Icelandic children's literature. The restaurant is small but the food excellent. The shuttle to the airport is dependable and just takes a few minutes. We can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

We really enjoyed our brief one-night stay at Hotel Berg. We were supposed to have gone to the Blue Lagoon from the airport, however, it was closed due to volcanic eruptions, and we went straight to the hotel instead. The hotel staff were charming and helpful, our room was very clean and comfortable with a spacious skylit bathroom, the lobby was great for relaxing and enjoying snacks from the bar, and the shuttle from the hotel to the airport was fast and efficient. We would definitely stay here again if were ever back in Iceland!
