Great hotelā€¦staff needs some trainingā€¦
Evening check in staff was fantastic; but the restaurant and front desk staff in the morning were horribleā€¦they had mixed up the room numbers of our party, and they were very adversarial and confrontational about correcting the invoices, breakfast staff was difficult, language barrier and kept yelling at us to leave because we had forgotten our masks in our roomā€¦we would of been happy to get our masks but after being yelled at in front of the entire restaurant we left and found breakfast at a restaurant that cared about customer service. Hotel is beautiful, and in excellent conditionā€¦would of been a great stay if the restaurant and front desk staff in the morning could have tried to be polite and gave a damn about customer service.

Wie immer ein schƶner Aufenthalt. Der Snack und GetrƤnke Automat steht mittlerweile nicht mehr in der Lobby sondern vor dem FrĆ¼hstĆ¼cksraum. (In der Digitalen GƤstemappe steht noch Lobby) Das Zimmer war fĆ¼r alleinreisende Ausreichend groƟ. Einzig die wƤrme im sommer staut sich dort sehr und der zur verfĆ¼gung stehende Ventilator kann dies nur schwer kompensieren. Alles in allem, jederzeit gerne wieder!
