Your ability to provide support was nonexistent. Room was right next to high traffic highway. Attempts to contact you at Expedia to correct situation was futile. Front desk said it was your problem. They could not move us to a different room. Will seriously consider not using Expedia again.

I come to the Minocqua area 4x year for work. I have found this to be my favorite place to stay! I love the small apartment/condo feel. Have a small furnished kitchenette area, a dining table, a couch and chairs, electric fireplace and TV to relax, an outdoor patio, and separate bedroom. I wish they had a better breakfast other than stale bagels, muffins, toast. A hot breakfast item would put this well on top of the list compared to other hotels!

Lovely weekend stay
My boyfriend and I came to the area to support some friends at the dragonboat festival. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only "downs" I can think of are, the bed was a little too firm for our liking, but that's a personal preference. Also, the breakfast didn't have a lot of options, but not the end of the world. The pool area was very nice and we enjoyed the hot tub after a long day at the festival. We would definitely stay at The Pointe again if we come back to the area!

We enjoyed being so close to walking trails and shops downtown. Excellent dining options in the area. The room was nice and we enjoyed pickle ball on the tennis courts.

Great place in the Northwoods!
Summer 2024 - Annual Vacation to Minocqua. Stayed at "The Point" for the first time in 30 years. The room was very clean. The only minor complaint would be the dated appliances in the kitchen (stove and dishwasher). The staff as very attentive to our needs throughout our 1 week stay. The views and landscaping / grounds were excellent. We highlight recommend this property to all!

Great Hotel
I recommend staying at here if you travel to Minocqua. It’s right in town so you are close to everything. The rooms are clean & comfortable (king size bed!) with a full kitchen. Every morning there was a breakfast provided. We got lucky and had our own private patio that looked out onto the water with an amazing view. Overall, next time we come to town, we will be re-booking here! :)

SUITES HAVE NO AIR IN BEDROOM
SUMMER STAYS: the suites do NOT NOT have an air conditioner unit in the bedroom(only in the livingroom). Further there is NO way to turn off the heat (only down) so the heat runs while the air conditioner is running (air blows on heat thermostat). I wanted to leave and they would not reimburse me.
