The elevator system to the rooms was a nightmare!! If you are old and/or disabled it is unusable. Getting to sites from the hotel was difficult at best.

Superb hotel! Quite possibly the best hotel I have been to abroad. The staff, from reception, dining, cleaning and bars could not do enough. The food at the hotel is fabulous too. Stella and the team at the main restaurant are amazing. The hotel is set into the hillside and the hotels private beach is lovely. You can order drinks and food on a QR code from anywhere in the hotel. Lindos is a short cab ride away but not walkable. We will be back :-)

Excellent hotel with friendly staff and amazing food. Only downside is being on a busy road so have to get a taxi or bus to go anywhere. We like long walks so this was a bit frustrating. The beach is ok but a bit gritty. Plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. We were upgraded to a room with an infinity pool (shared with 5 others) and our own loungers. The Nespresso machine was a nice extra.

A perfect holiday at Lindos Mare!
My family stayed at Lindos Mare for 9 nights (my wife, myself and two kids - 8 and 16). Everything was just perfect - the staff, the spotless clean hotel and rooms, food, the beach and everything we encountered at the hotel. From the time we checked in, throughout our stay and until we checked out we only encountered warm and friendly staff. The Greek Night was awesome! The staff danced and performed with even more passion than the professional dancers! The beach was simply perfect - very clean, sandy and nice. Friendly waiters were always around if we needed drinks and snacks. We loved every day of our stay, and can't wait to come back again. Thanks for everything!

The hotel is situated in a great position, on the hillside overlooking the sea, just outside Lindos and most rooms have a sea view,. Easy access to the beach, and two pools make this a good hotel for the family. The staff were fantastic, very friendly, making the entire stay a joy. The food was very good with a wide variety of options at every meal time.... We will hopefully be going back soon....

Our family of 4 had a fantastic stay at Lindos Mare. Good size room that was comfortable for our family which included 2 teenagers. Very clean. Great facilities with friendly staff. We stayed in Lindos Mare for 4 nights after a long journey from Istanbul via Fethiye. We arrived late and the very friendly Maitre d' made sure we could still order a late dinner at the a la Carte restaurant. The rooms are spacious, the views gorgeous, the pool is big and the beach is clean and pretty. The hotel is built on various levels and cascades down to the beach. This makes the short walk to the beach very pleasant. On the way back there are many lifts one can take but the cherry on the pie is the last 'cable car' lift which was a big hit with our kids. The receptionists recommended some very good restaurants in Lindos and Rhodes town. There is Wi-fi in the reception area and this is a focal meeting point for all iPad and iPhone lovers. We have stayed in many hotels all around the world, this is really a very nice hotel with great staff. Lindos town is 5 minutes by car. The island itself is worth exploring too as the inland has some nice roads through forests. For those with kids, Aquaworld is a good day trip, it's near Faliraki, a 45 minutes drive.

It is a luxury resort rather than a hotel. Swimming pools and beach on site. Excellent breakfast and dinner supplied. Somewhat isolated. Built on steep hilside so magnificent views but lots of stairs. About 2.5 Km walk to Lindos. A very relaxing and healthy holiday.
