O local é lindo , a Culinaria do chefe Júlio e funcionários como Tito são incríveis, foram até nos buscar quando nós perdemos. Porém o local parece um pouco largado de manutenção; como cortinas sem higienização, bancos sem verniz e etc..: Outro ponto fraco é o tamanho do Box , muito pequeno . Mas a experiência vale muito, se eles investissem mas na infraestrutura seria perfeito

Hotel dos sonhos!
Desde a reserva do chalé a equipe do hotel foi impecável. Entrando em contato, enviando mensagens e fotos detalhadas de como chegar até lá e se preocupando com a viagem. Como lemos que parte do caminho seria desafiadora para carros baixos, alugamos um jipe em São Paulo e partimos. Acabamos chegando lá de noite/escuro e as indicações que recebemos foram perfeitas para nos guiar, a estrada de terra tem que ser seguida com calma e com certeza teríamos passado por sufoco se fôssemos com o Peugeot. Chegando lá... apenas maravilha. Lugar afastado. Ar maravilhoso. Silêncio. Cada detalhe foi preparado com extremo bom gosto. Da decoração à comida ao conforto. O lugar é perfeito e cada pessoa lá é extremamente atenciosa. Em maio as noites eram frias, mas as camas tinham lençóis elétricos para aquecer. O quarto tem um pequeno frigobar ótimo para manter as bebidas geladas, o pessoal da cozinha deu a dica: se quiser gelar deixe com eles e pegue a noite. Foi tudo perfeito. E mesmo sendo "no meio do mato" o chalé e o hotel são muito limpos, sem aranhas e insetos "atacando" os hospedes. Um repelente de tomada garante a noite sem nenhuma amolação. Os passeios são incríveis, os guias atenciosos e no meio do bate papo descontraído vão dando uma aula sobre o lugar. Cada passeio vale a pena. A comida do restaurante é maravilhosa. O atendimento sensacional. Já estamos pensando em voltar!

Paz, tranquilidade e natureza.
O lugar é maravilhoso: muito verde, ar puro, um lago muito bonito, comida excelente, todos os pratos quentes vinha realmente quentes e o prato da casa - o Rojão - é imperdível. Apesar de ter sido nossa primeira estadia no local, os funcionários pareciam velhos amigos, tão afáveis e simpáticos no atendimento. Os passeios para a gruta do Guardião, tirolesa e pôr-do-sol também são imperdíveis!

Bonito porém sem Manutenção
O hotel definitivamente não faz jus ao Roteiros do Charme. O lugar é bem bonito porém sem manutenção. O aquecedor de nosso chalé pegou fogo no meio da madrugada fazendo com que acordassemos assustados e tendo que apagar o incêndio. Ainda bem que havia extintor no chalé porém a equipe do hotel nem percebeu o acontecido. Tentamos ligar várias vezes na recepção para pedir ajuda mas ninguem atendeu. Tivemos que nos virar sozinhos. O único ponto positivo da estadia foram os passeios nas trilhas, cachoeiras e cavernas que foram sensacionais

Hotel agradável, porém de difícil acesso, só é possível chegar de moto traill ou Gipe, demais veículos seria extremamente desgastante. Café da manhã com poucas opções. Equipe sensacional. Almoço e jantar muito caros.

o local é maravilhoso, muito verde e sossego. Tive o azar de faltar energia elétrica por quase 24 horas e não havia gerador no local. Os funcionários foram super atenciosos, mas isto prejudicou. O restaurante também estava ruim, porque disseram que o chefe não compareceu. Eu voltaria com certeza, pois é muito lindo, mas de preferência com a energia elétrica. Celular e wifi não funcionam devido à localização do local. Tem 40 km de estrada de terra mas estão em boas condições.

À paisagem é incrível, você fica rodeado de natureza! Achei os valores MUITO altos para o serviço do hotel que é muito simples. As pessoas são super amáveis mas muito despreparadas. A noite faz muito frio, tipo 1 grau, e eles colocam um pequenho aquecedor no quarto. Passamos muito frio! Mesmo no restaurante, de 2 aquecedores um estava quebrado. Os banheiros da recepção ficaram sucios o final de semana completo, nem tinha papel em nenhum dos banheiros. Eles cobram um valor de hotel de luxo e é esse o serviço que a gente espera. Ó café da manhã é ok mas com poucas opções e a comida do restaurante também ok mas poderia ser bem mais gostosa.

Estivemos um final de semana no Paraiso Eco e adoramos a experiencia. O pessoal do hotel muito atencioso, a comida muito caprichada e o local é ideal para relaxar. Local para repor as e energias. Ficamos na ala Africa e superou nossas expectativas! Recomendo!
