SOUTH ARDECHE, in the charming village of Ribes (near Aubenas and Joyeuse).

The house consists of a ground floor (basement) with washing machine, tumbler and refrigerator.
The one-story living area upstairs (about 75 m 2) with exposed stone walls and exposed Täfer ceiling and roof beams was once the hayloft.

Open, new kitchen with dishwasher, induction stove, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and small appliances (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender ....), table and chairs for 4-6 people.

The living room with 2 sofas (including 1 sofa bed), TV / radio, steel fireplace, dining table.

New bathroom with shower and toilet.

1 bedroom with double bed (160) + wardrobe and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140) + dressing furniture.

New electric heating in all rooms.

In the associated, newly renovated "Grange" (barn) possibility 2 - 3 beds (90 cm)

Bed linen is provided.

Sehr gelungener Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft
Wir können uns den vorherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll dekoriert. Man findet in der Küche alles, was es so braucht. Es gibt ein Klimagerät, was sowohl kühlen als auch heizen kann. Die Bilder spiegeln den Zustand des Hauses gut wieder, es gibt nix zu meckern. Die beiden Terassen und die Poolanlage laden zum Verweilen ein, sowohl für Sonnenanbeter wie auch für Schattensuchende ist was dabei. Bei uns war es im September für den Pool leider wegen des Windes zu kühl, aber wir hatten Sonne und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das im Ort befindliche Restaurant "La Cueille" wurde getestet und für gut befunden. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Gruber war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Dame vor Ort war an unserem Anreisetermin nicht verfügbar, aber auch dafür gab es eine Lösung. Das Haus liegt in einem Ort in den Ardechen, Kurvenfahren sollte man mögen ;-) Wir empfehlen einen Ausflug in die Camargue, wo wir im Rhone-Delta rosa Flamingos beobachten konnten. Alles in allem ein super Urlaub. Mit einer fussläufigen Patisserie für das morgendliche Croissant hätten wir 11 Punkte gegeben ;-)

Eine traumhafte Unterkunft in einer authentischen Umgebung. Toller Pool, eingezäuntes Grundstück mit zwei Terrassen Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt zu Herrn Graber war unkompliziert und hilfreich, Wir empfehlen das Ferienhaus ausdrücklich und kommen gerne wieder.

Superbe séjour L'endroit est magnifique, calme. Le logement est juste parfait Très bien équipé, cosy, propre ! La piscine est vraiment un plus, très bien entretenue aussi. Notre semaine est passée trop vite ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter ! Je recommande (mais pas trop sinon on aura du mal à réserver ;-)) Je remercie le propriétaire de ce petit Paradis de nous donner l'opportunité de passer de superbes moments dans ce bel endroit !

Une pépite en Ardèche
L'une des meilleures location que nous avons pu faire. La localisation est idéale, dans un petit village très calme a 10 minutes de joyeuses et quelque minutes en voiture de la rivière. La maison est super, très bien équipé, très confortable, on se sent ce comme chez soi. 2 terrasses, une pour la première partie de la journée la seconde pour le soir un plaisir d'avoir une piscine privée sur un terrain clôturé, parfait pour le chien. Le seul axe d'amélioration serait des moustiquaires au fenêtres des chambres pour pouvoir dormir les fenêtres ouvertes. Mais quel plaisir. Je recommande vivement. Merci a Alexandra pour l'accueil et la communication avec les propriétaires.

Einfach nur wunderbar
Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles was man benötigt ist da. Das Haus und das Grundstück ist einfach nur ein Traum. Die Nachbarschaft sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sofern man sich um Kontakt bemüht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und Mme Alexandra war sehr nett und problemlos. Une escapade parfaite en Ardeche
Un petit bijou au cœur de l’Ardèche. L'emplacement était parfait, offrant une vue magnifique sur la nature environnante et un accès à la piscine privative. Le logement lui-même était impeccablement propre, confortable et bien équipé avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin. L'accueil chaleureux de madame Alexandra a également contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit à quiconque cherche à passer des vacances relaxantes en Ardèche !

Très bon séjour
Très bon accueil par Alexandra la gardienne, très bon gîte, bien équipé et la piscine très appréciée lors de fortes chaleurs. Les 2 terrasses très agréables. Ribes est un beau village au départ duquel plusieurs randonnées sont possibles sans avoir à prendre la voiture. Le seul bémol est la climatisation qui n'est pas adaptée lors de grosses chaleurs. Nous en avons souffert la 2ème semaine (14 au 19 août) où il a vraiment fait très chaud, même en ouvrant le matin et le soir, c'était compliqué la nuit...

Wir hatten einen herrlichen Urlaub in dem Haus von Herrn Graber. Von Anfang an gab es einen sehr guten Kontakt, alle Fragen wurden beantwortet. Vor Ort war Mme Alexandra sowie Mr Quentin, die sich um unser Wohl ( bei Fragen) direkt gekümmert haben. Das Haus liegt in einem idyllischen Weiler, von dort gehen direkt verschiedene Wanderwege ab. Es gibt eine Epicerie, wo man morgens frisches Baguette erhält. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, ausgezeichnet ausgestattet und kann sowohl gekühlt, als auch geheizt werden. Es ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll. Der Pool ist der absolute Knüller. Die ersten Tage wollten die Kinder nichts unternehmen, nur am Pool spielen und lesen. Außerdem gibt es zwei tolle Terrassen, falls einem zum warm wird. Es ist ein Ort, an dem man sich sehr gut erholen kann! In der Nähe ( ca 10 Min mit dem Auto) liegt Joyeuse mit einem Carrefour zum Einkaufen, Markt und Apotheke. Vom Haus aus kann man auch an der Beaume entlang fahren und an wunderschöne Badestellen kommen. Zur Ardeche ( Pont d´Arc und Höhle CHauvet 2) sind es auch nur 30-40 Minuten. Wir waren viel am Chassezac zum Kanufahren, klettern und wandern. Im Ort kann man sehr gut abends in einem kl regionalen Restaurant essen gehen. Wenn wir wieder Urlaub in der Gegend machen, werden wir auf jeden Fall anfragen, ob wir erneut das Häuschen mieten dürfen, es war für uns alle eine wundervolle Zeit! VIelen Dank!

Ribes est un charmant village où l'on peut trouver toutes les merveilles de l'Ardèche en concentré. Les gens sont très sympathiques. Nous avons fait d'agréables promenades à pieds et à vélo dans les environs, il y a des endroits merveilleux à découvrir. La maison est très confortable, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Notre chien a appréciée également les ballades et la rivière Alune qui passe en bas du village, l'eau y est très fraîche.

Wie soll man denn im Urlaub aktiv sein, wenn das Ferienhaus so schön ist? Eine der Terrassen hat immer zum Bleiben verführt. Für Hundebesitzer: extrem hohe Katzendichte in der Nachbarschaft, was unseren Hund in Aufruhr versetzt hat. Hoffe die Nachbarn wurden nicht zu heftig gestört. Jammern auf ganz hohem Niveau: der Wasserdruck beim heißen Wasser war eher schwächlich.

Leuk praktisch ingericht huis met hele mooie buitenruimte en tuin
Wij hebben een leuke vakantie gehad in dit huis. Wij vonden het een fijn ingericht huis met een goed uitgeruste keuken, een badkamer met een fijne grote douche en 2 slaapkamers met goede bedden. Er zijn 2 mooie terrassen met voldoende tuinmeubilair, een prachtig uitzicht evenals een zwembad met ook daar vele ligzetels en een loungeset. In het dorp, op loopafstand, is er een leuk restaurant waar je heel lekker kan eten. Dat is zeker ook een plus. Verder was het huis voor ons een goede uitvalsbasis om te gaan fietsen en wandelen. Ook voor de fietsen is er een grote aparte ruimte waar ook een wasmachine en droogkast aanwezig is. Kortom alles is aanwezig voor een fijne vakantie.

Pour la seconde année consécutive nous avons passé une bonne semaine à Ribes, dans cette belle maison avec sa terrasse et piscine très agréable . Wundervoller Urlaub in Ribes
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub im charakteristischen Dörfchen in Ribes im Ferienhaus der Familie Garber, in dem es uns an wirklich nichts fehlte! Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht, ist sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich mit dem großzügigen Pool und den beiden schönen Terrassen ist wunderschön. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war genauso reibungslos und u kompliziert wie die Schlüsselübergabe, die die nette Alexandra vor Ort gemacht hat. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und danken für den tollen Auenhalt!

Wir konnten unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus sehr genießen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung und das Haus lassen das Urlaubsgefühl aufkommen. Wir hatten super Wetter und haben den Pool oft genutzt. In dem Haus war alles was man braucht vorhanden und wir haben es genossen draußen unter der Weinrebe zu essen. Wir würden jederzeit noch einmal dort Urlaub machen!

Eigentlich war die fürsorgliche telefonische Nachfrage von Herrn Graber zwei Tage nach unserer Ankunft überflüssig: Das Haus befindet sich in einem tadellosen Zustand, nichts hat gefehlt, nichts war zu bemängeln, alles für uns vorbereitet und tadellos sauber. Man spürt, dass er und seine gute Hausfee Alexandra sich alle Mühe geben, dass die Gäste sich rundum wohlfühlen können. Der Pool (mit Gartendusche) bot die hoch willkommene Abkühlung, das Grundstück ist rundum eingezäunt (für uns Hundebesitzer wichtig) und mit zwei großen Terrassen (wertige Möbel) hatten wir genug Platz im Freien. Sogar rund um den Pool stehen Gartenmöbel und Schirme zum Faulenzen. Die vorhandenen Vorräte (haben wir selbstverständlich wieder aufgefüllt) waren reichlich - man war wie bei Freunden. Hier passt einfach alles zusammen: Die Aufmerksamkeit des Vermieters und die Sorgfalt, wie er und Alexandra das Haus für die Gäste vorbereiten. Ein herzliches Danke für diese Woche!

Très beau et bon séjour
Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans ce logement très joli, placé dans un superbe village typiquement ardechois. La maison est jolie bien entretenu et bien aménagée. Terrain clôturé et piscine privée. Les terrasses sont très agréables pour les aperos et barbecue entre amis. On est éloigné, dans un coin très tranquille. La ville la plus proche, Joyeuse, est a 10min en voiture. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut : magasins, bars, restaurants, cité médiéval avec plein d'artisans... Propriétaire très sympa et disponible si besoin. Merci pour ce séjour.
