Breezy Point - CANADARAGO LAKEĀ - NEW CONSTRUCTION - Breezy Point is a beautiful, tranquil setting on a point on the eastern shore of Canadarago Lake. It is a 1 bedroom offering with a private entrance, located in a separate wing of the host's main home. You can enjoy lounging on the grand front covered verandah - which has a commanding view of the lake. Watch for Bald Eagles who often fly over the water. You'll remember the sunsets forever.
The waterfront here is very user-friendly with good swimming and fishing.Ā  Your hosts provide 3 single kayaks for paddling fun.
Breezy Point is all located on the 1st floor.Ā  In addition to a private side entrance, french doors lead out to the covered verandah. Enjoy dining outside overlooking the lake or gathering around a campfire under the stars.Ā  High ceilings, modern kitchen and furnishings all give this an inviting ambiance. The carefully chosen dĆ©cor creates an inviting ambiance.

NOTE:Ā  your hosts live in the opposite end of the home.Ā  They will give you your privacy, but are nearby if you need assistance.

Heaven away from home
The mini apartment was decorated warm and comfortable. It was spacious for two people. The lake views were beautiful. There was plenty to do in the towns, plenty of restaurants. Our hosts were very kind and informative.

Modern Apartment on a Beautiful Lake
This recently fully upgraded apartment was well done and made a delightful accommodation. Beautiful views of the lake. The dock extends into the lake and provides a nice place to fish with young people - we had our 6-year-old granddaughter for a few days. She learned to fish with great success. The place includes plenty of swim gear and kayaks to enjoy the water.

Son/Grandson played at Cooperstown for a week and we split the stay between my daughter and her fiancƩ and myself and my husband. My grandson was able to spend 2 days fishing. Everyone loved their time there and the host, Jim, was so friendly and helpful. Would love to come back just to relax and fish.

Clean and relaxing
Exceptionally clean rental property on the lake. Stayed while my son was playing baseball at Cooperstown. The property owner was very nice and even let my son use a fishing pole and kayak. Nice view. Living in a much warmer location it was nice to have the screen doors open and enjoy the fresh air. Very nice place to stay for our Cooperstown trip.

The property was as advertise.d, clean and well equiped. We really didnt take advantagebof everything because we were watching a lot of baseball. The owners were great. Our only complaint was that the mattress needs to be replaced

Amazing Place!!!
We were in Cooperstown for my sonā€™s baseball tournament at Cooperstown Dreams Park. Myself, my wife and our 10 year old daughter stayed here for the week and it was perfect. About 25 minutes away from the fields and 20 minutes away from Downtown Cooperstown. Some of the other folks on our team paid more to stay closer to the park but after hearing all of their horror stories about staying in places that were old and run down we were glad we chose this location. The 25 minute drive was not bad at all and very enjoyable given the beautiful scenery. What we enjoyed most about the stay was how clean and updated the place was. Jim who lives in the attached house and owns the VRBO is very meticulous and keeps the place in immaculate condition. Also since he lives on site any and all of your needs that come up during your stay will immediately be taken care of. The views overlooking the lake were gorgeous. There were also kayaks available for our family to take out on the lake if we wanted. Unfortunately so much of our time was taken up with baseball that we didnā€™t get the chance to take advantage of them. We donā€™t ever see ourselves returning to Cooperstown but if we do this would definitely be the place that we stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Peaceful getaway
My wife and I stayed at this apartment which was like a duplex with the owner living on the other side. Our son was playing in the Cooperstown baseball tournament which was a great experience, but coming back to the apartment and sitting out on the porch watching the sunset over the lake was just amazing and exactly what we needed after those crazy, hectic days at the ballpark. The place was immaculate and the owners provided everything and anything you could think of to make the stay comfortable. Would definitely stay again if we ever return to the area.

Wow! What a great find!
Could not have even imagined such a beautiful, clean and well appointed rental. Absolutely beautiful room and view. Our welcoming, friendly and attentive host, Jim, explained all the hows, wheres and whats. Well appointed kitchen, plenty of extra blankets, pillows, etc. Comfy and beautifully kept. Kayaks at the ready. We could have had better weather but could not have found a more comfortable respite from the rain. We've stayed in a lot of short term rental properties and none of them surpassed this one.
