Welcome to the home! Here you can have peace of mind staying at this newly built home in a safe and quiet neighborhood. This centrally located space has lot's of activities in the surrounding area for you to keep busy and explore. The house itself is a three bed, two bath, with a spacious living area equipped with streaming services, fire place and games to entertain you and your other guests. The house is also conveniently equipped with a full kitchen with a wide range of cooking appliances so you can enjoy your own homemade meals away from home. Want to have a cook out? Enjoy the use of the four burner grill on the back patio. Both the master bedroom and the first guest room have mounted smart TVs with streaming services. The master bedroom also has a desk area if you need to be working, as well as a private master bathroom with a walk in shower. The house has a shared bathroom between the two guest bedrooms. This was a great spot for our family of 4 (two adults and two teens) in town for a baseball tournament. The ping pong table in the garage was a bonus! House is clean and well appointed.

Perfect local spot
We stayed here for 4 days (out of town wedding). The property is super clean, perfectly stocked, and is super close to a ton of parks and activities. The host was a great communicator, and I can’t imagine a better place to stay.

Great Tri-City location!
Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The home was super clean, organized, well stocked and very comfortable. We were in town for 4 days. If you are planning a trip to the Tri-City’s area and this location is available, don’t hesitate! You will not be disappointed. The Host responded quickly and was great to communicate with.

I couldn’t have found a more perfect location, home, and host, Alex!! Alex was always accessible and willing to help when plans needed changed. This was a very difficult time for my family and Alex definitely went beyond what many would have done in helping me/family through this time. I would highly recommend this home! Definitely a 5 star recommendation!

Very comfortable. The only thing to make this better is to have a gas bbq grill on the patio. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Host was great with communication.

If I could give 6 stars I would
This was a great property to stay at on our trip. We stayed 3 nights and very much enjoyed the home. It was built in 2020 and has been well maintained. We had everything we needed and it was close to stores, restaurants, and entertainment. Alex was a great host and everything was as advertised. Definitely look to stay here again on our next trip.

Great House!
This was our first experience with renting a property vs a hotel on one of our bowling tournaments. From the beginning, Alex was highly communicative and responsive to all of our questions/concerns. When we arrived, the house was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. There was a nice welcome brochure for us as well. All of the bedrooms were plenty big and the living room/dining area was perfect for us to enjoy all together. As were were leaving Sunday morning around 07:30am, we were having trouble with the programmable lock. I texted Alex apologizing for bugging him so early and his immediately called us and helped us navigate the issue with zero problems. He even asked how our stay was and made sure we had everything we need. If we are ever in the Richland area again, we will be using Alex again!

Beautiful home & neighborhood!
This home was very beautiful, clean & in a nice quiet neighborhood. The location is close to restaurants, stores & not too far from the freeways so easy access to everything. The owner is very nice & accommodating plus is always in communication if you need anything. I would highly recommend this home for a visit in the Tri-Cities.

Saving this property to stay again!
This is one of the best vacation houses I've stayed at! It was the perfect place to stay! It was very clean and quiet. We all had our space to spread out as needed. Very well-stocked, and we had everything we needed (except paper towels, but that doesn't detract from the house.). Would gladly stay here again!

Fun holiday stay
Very clean, quiet neighborhood - close to everything. The owner was very responsive and thoughtful (made sure to shovel and had the house warmed up for our entry on a very cold - snowy day). The fireplace was a great place to watch the College Bowl games and the family loved the shopping only minutes away. Before we pulled from the driveway they were already asking if we could come back next Christmas Break. Very nice stay!
