Too late for us! Save yourself!!!!
We had no hot water and had to take freezing cold showers. We were told there was nothing they could do about it because we went through hotels.com so they refused to help us with any chance of being refunded. It is not clean. Not comfortable and definitely not meant for two people. Terrible customer service and will never go back.

Great place to stay. However I didn't like the way you go into the building to your room. The walls and ceiling could use an update. Has small kitchenette and pots ,pans, dishes, utensils and small coffee maker. Parking lot in great shape. Dog friendly.

Candlewood Suites at Short Pump, VA
I have stayed in many hotels, most more expensive than this one, and this was the best room I have ever stayed in! I have never stayed in a cleaner room. I dealt with 3 different individuals at the front desk and all were wonderful going out of their way to help with anything I needed. I would definitely recommend staying there and will stay there again myself. Several good places to eat within a few minutes of the hotel.
