Front desk worker Brain came to my hotel door 10 minutes before 1pm and told me it pass time to check out which was at noon. I told Brain I have silver service and I will be staying until 1pm which is part of Silver Service. Brain replied not today you not staying until 1pm I will charge you an extra day. I told Brain I didn't have the money for an extra day and I was able to stay until 1pm recently. Brain then said he will keep my deposit.I said I can leave I getting my items Brain then replied did I need help I said no. I let Brain know I would be reporting him. On my way out I let Brain know I thought he was a racist. I know if I was a white woman that would not have happened. That the worst customer service experience from hotel I ever received. I will not be going back.

The front desk employee was very nice and helpful. Our room was nothing overly spectacular but clean and comfortable. It was less than 15 minutes from my brother's house. Easy to get to and convenient to lots of shopping.
