I like the floors in the room. Carpet leaves smells, moisture, and stains. However, there were crumbs and potato chips beside and under the chair. If I hadn’t dropped my phone I wouldn’t have seen it. This is a brand new hotel so the staff probably thinks it’s ok to do the traffic areas. I was so disappointed. I don’t care for the sink to be in the common area, I prefer it in with the toilet so I can wash my hands before touching the doorknob. Also, my bed didn’t have a blanket, the top sheet. There were no linens in the closet either. This seems like a lot off complaints but I just want to keep this new hotel in great shape. Holiday Inn has been around since I was a child and most young people think it’s old fashioned. That’s not true, they are just a history making hotel. I will definitely give this hotel a try again.

The hotel was quiet, however, there was no one at the check-in counter and the hotel phone just kept ringing so that soured my experience right off the bat. Nedw computer system was slow once someone did finally appear. Only apps available on TV are Utube and another I do not use.To top it all off, the water pressure on 6th floor was poor and my shower was a disappointing trickle.
