We always stay at this hotel when my daughter has swim meets in Richmond. It is in a a nice area with good restaurants, short drive to pools, and we love bedroom suites

Terrible check in experience. Bob didn't seem to care at all and clearly just wanted to leave his shift. After 30 minutes of him failing to check me in he suggested I book online instead. I did that and when I went back to the desk he continued to be rude. I emailed the district manager, Tracy Temple, and never heard back. I will not be staying here or any other Home 2 properties again.

Rooms well appointed, large, and they have thought of everything you might need. Everything was clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. I wish all my hotel stays were like this.
