The toilet was not working properly. ESPN doesn't come in thru cable and the staff at night is rude I will never stay in a motel 6 again and I will be letting the corporate office know about this

I booked here because a reviewer said it was the best Motel 6 he had stayed at. He was correct. And it is the only motel that was designed so cats and small dogs cannot slide into places where they can’t be retrieved. This motel had a platform for the bed that was attached flush against the wall and the mattress was placed on the platform with no overhang so the bottom covering cannot be broken thru allowing the pet to crawl into the box spring. It was a joy for me, maybe not so much for my cats because they could not disappear where they could not get back out and I couldn’t be retrieved

I didn’t stay there!! I was Sooo disappointed with the cleanliness!! It was terrible!! The bed had animal footprints, the sheets had black stains, the bathroom had mold on the walls and around the tub & the pillows had black stains and were cut open!

The room seemed nice at first glance but after looking at it a bit closer we saw that the cleaning was not up to par (spider webs in corners, around the bed frame, dead bugs on the ground, slimy floors (not sure what product they use to clean the floors but our socks were wet after 5 minutes) and our bedsheets felt really humid as though they had not dried them long enough. The water also had a hard time staying warm in the shower. We also got woken up at 4:00 am by the lobby phone ringing our room? That gave us a good scare. Not sure I would come back here again.

Property does not look like pictures, full time live in drug users in other rooms, burn marks all over the tub, stains on beds, warped flooring, smells, ceiling tiles falling out. Check in email said 2:00 they didn't let us in until 3:30. Clerk was rude when I checked in. Everything in the room was soaking wet when we entered at 3:30. Ashland was beautiful, the motel is not, it was at the wrong end of Ashland.
