I didn’t stay there!! I was Sooo disappointed with the cleanliness!! It was terrible!! The bed had animal footprints, the sheets had black stains, the bathroom had mold on the walls and around the tub & the pillows had black stains and were cut open!

The room seemed nice at first glance but after looking at it a bit closer we saw that the cleaning was not up to par (spider webs in corners, around the bed frame, dead bugs on the ground, slimy floors (not sure what product they use to clean the floors but our socks were wet after 5 minutes) and our bedsheets felt really humid as though they had not dried them long enough. The water also had a hard time staying warm in the shower. We also got woken up at 4:00 am by the lobby phone ringing our room? That gave us a good scare. Not sure I would come back here again.

Property does not look like pictures, full time live in drug users in other rooms, burn marks all over the tub, stains on beds, warped flooring, smells, ceiling tiles falling out. Check in email said 2:00 they didn't let us in until 3:30. Clerk was rude when I checked in. Everything in the room was soaking wet when we entered at 3:30. Ashland was beautiful, the motel is not, it was at the wrong end of Ashland.

Ok stay but will not return. We were 3 but enough bath towel for one. Full humidity in room, air conditioning not enough power. No explanation how wifi work, no password explain. Hotel.com state ev charging station available on site for this hotel but front desk say no and send us to a gas station with only tesla charging station but we have not a tesla. I book this hotel for the ev charger so its a scam.

I rented 4 specific rooms, & 3 were changed at check-in. Issues in every room! ALL WERE DIRTY! Mine had hair in the shower & bed, floors needed swept, fridge was filthy! Another had blinds falling down & a broken fridge. Another no AC. The last had no microwave. Should've asked for refund and went elsewhere, but too late for a change. Terrible!

The floor was wet, the bedding was wet, the shower faucet wasnt attached and the shelves where the towels were looked like they had never been cleaned (which was surprising for how much water was everywhere else).

I requested a first floor room and got the perfect room where I could park directly in front of my room. My only suggestion would be to wash the shower curtain more often. The pool area was very nice. The motel location was so convenient to anything you could want or need which was appreciated.
