Terrible customer service from the front desk was absolutely terrible I paid for extra night. I called and the gentleman on morning shift open from 1130. he was very kind. I paid online and called and told I paid online and he said it was fine when I go to the property when I was off around 2 o’clock. The girls are fighters dude I may have a dog said she was supposed scared it took over 45 minutes to come to the room what she accused my dog of scratching andplaces thatwasv scratched up he couldn’t possibly done to the headboard and then I had leave because I had magnets on the refrigerator I was told that I had 15 minutes to check it out yes please tell me where it says you can’t have magnets on refrigerator this was absolutely terrible

This was my mom's and I second stay. We loved the joining rooms and they allowed us to check in early for a small fee. I enjoyed feeding the ducks that's in the pond behind the hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean.. It's our favorite getaway place. The staff were nice as well.

I have stayed at this hotel before. Just like everything in life you get what you pay for. This time the room was bare bones minimum. the ceiling in the bathroom was coming apart and there was only one lock on the door. With the deadbolt locked you get still move the door back and forth almost 1/2 an inch. Probably won't stay here again.

They are in the middle of a renovation and the room I had was practically new. The beds are a little soft for my liking, and the pillows aren’t the best. Other than that I had a wonderful stay. Kids enjoyed the pool and the ducks

Our hotel and rooms were nothing like what is posted on website. Our room was not clean, sheets and blankets were dirty, tv was static and had to be replaced but still messed up, no iron in room, blowdryer was unable to be plugged into wall. Door was not secure, opening everywhere for bugs to come in. Housekeeper banging on our door at 9am to clean while we were still in room- she skipped cleaning and provided us 1 towel.

This property was terrible. The staff were rude and non helpful. We had water and toilet issues and nothing was done about it. They were very rude to my wife when she reported the issues. I would rather stay in my vehicle than stay there again.
