I would stay here again
Nice hotel in a prime location with easy access from 95. My only negative about this hotel is there wasn’t an iron/ironing board.

Clean, but basic and inconvenient.
Relatively new, no frills extended stay hotel. The good… Room was very clean, and was reasonably priced. The bad… The lower level hallways smelled strongly of smoke. No attendant was present when we arrived, and doors are locked (key card access only) so we waited 20 mins or so until someone showed up to let us in / check us in. (a Saturday around 3pm) There is a phone in the (non air conditioned) outside foyer, but no one answered when called. No hairdryers are provided in rooms. Beds are not comfortable, and you can hear people talking in other rooms + the hallways, and doors slamming often. It’s indeed a clean and cheap place to stay the night, however I would not stay here again due to the inconveniences.

Nice hotel, convenient location
Everything was great, although had I known that the lobby was not staffed in the late evening I would have tried to arrive a bit earlier. Still wasn't difficult to get assistance though. Only negative I could note was that the floors in the room were slick from using too much soap when they mopped. Very convenient to Kings Dominion...we will be back next time we need a roller coaster fix.

Property is back in an industrial park area but beside a bass pro shop. There are a lot of good dining options but they are about 5-10 minutes from the hotel.

Bed was seemingly smaller than a queen and it was really low to the floor Staff left,as soon as we checked in & didn't show back up till we were checking out.

The hotel is nice. It sits basically alongside the Bass Pro Shop. Rooms have stove, but no pots, pans or utensils. Hotel is off the interstate, you do hear the traffic. The front desk is not staffed full time, key is required for entry into building and all areas at all times. Main floor constantly smelled like cigarette smoke.

No frills value hotel, with many positives!
Positives: clean, secure, not far (1-2 miles) of I-95 and neighboring stores, restaurants etc. safe. Pet-friendly. Kitchette with full refrigerator and stove top. Downsides: no breakfast, no pool, traffic noise from 95, beds are on a metal frame that make noise when you move in bed, hot water runs out quickly.

We asked for a quiet room. We were given a room on the 4th floor overlooking and right next to Interstate 95! It was impossible to sleep due to traffic noise. The facilities in the room were basic. Just 1 towel plus facecloth each. No tissues. There was coffee available in the reception area in the morning, but the reception desk was shuttered. Would not stay there again, and would definitely not recommend.
