It is in the country of the flat oyster that is located this pretty authentic cottage dating back more than 200 years, it will be your ideal starting point for your holidays in Brittany and more particularly the South Finistère, in order to discover its landscapes, and its rich heritage.

In a green setting near the sea between the 2 rias of the Aven and Belon, the beaches, fishing ports and marinas, hiking, coastal paths (2 minutes by car).

Location super et propriétaires très très agréables
Super séjour dans cette petite maison typique, bien équipée, endroit très calme, le jardin est juste un petit havre de paix, parfait pour la détente après les balades nombreuses dans le coin. Équipement top ; salon de jardin ect...Nos deux chiens ont apprécié aussi de se balader dans le jardin sans être attachés, un petit bois tout à côté permet les balades du soir rapidement.Les propriétaires sont très agréables et font tout pour que leurs hôtes soient bien. Je recommande vivement !

Schönes kleines Ferienhäuschen
Das Häuschen von Marie und Frederic ist sehr idyllisch gelegen, hat einen netten Garten und war für uns( mit Auto) ein sehr guter Ort für Ausflüge. Auch ein sehr schöner Strand war in 15 Minuten zu erreichen.Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, es gibt sehr ausführliche Tipps für Unternehmungen . Etwas störend war für uns leider ,dass es keine Türen zu den Schlafzimmern gibt und das sehr kleine Haus sehr hellhörig ist.

Belle parenthèse bucolique

Photos de présentations attractives mais ne correspondant pas à la réalité du moment. Façades de la maison et coté rue non entretenus. Portail tenu par des ficelles. Clôtures délabrées. Jardin non entretenu (arbre mort, fleurs desséchées, ronces, tas d'herbes, branches mortes,...). Fond du jardin sur 40 M2 inaccessible. Maison inadaptée pour personnes de grandes tailles ou handicapés: portée d'entrée hauteur 1,50 m et intérieur limité à 1,80 m sous plafond. Echelles bois pour accès aux étages inclinaison 65 dégrés (6 marches espacées de 30 cm chacune). Electricité à refaire (bricolage maison). Mauvaise évacuation des eaux usées (WC exigu 1m de profondeur et 70 cms de large - nécessitant de laisser la porte ouverte, et bruyant, douche = pédiluve). Robinetterie salle de bain bruyante. Fenêtre gauche étage impossible à ouvrir. Remontée d'humidité sur les murs en cas de pluie. Equipements : grille pain H.S -ustensiles cuisines + vaisselles vieillots ou cassés. Conclusion : cette offre ne correspond pas du tout à la cotation indiquée sur votre site PS : des photos sont a disposition en cas de besoin

Chaumière pleine de charme
Si vous souhaitez loger dans une chaumière typique de la Bretagne, n'hésitez pas, réservez cette chaumière. C'est une chaumière sans confort superflu et un joli petit jardin. Nous y avons passé quinze jours magnifiques. L'endroit est très très calme et idéal pour se reposer. Marie et Frédéric, les propriétaires, sont très sympathiques et c'est bien agréable

je ne vois pas l'intérêt d'un titre
Petite maison authentique avec ce qu'il faut pour un séjour d'une semaine . Je trouve par contre les frais que vous Abritel prélevé beaucoup trop élevé !!! Sur les autres sites ou j ai déjà réservé , ils étaient de moitié , voir inexistant sur un site .
