The 4 star (DTV) loft with 120 m² is located in the renovated attic of an apartment building in the center of Zellerberg near Bad Wörishofen. Munich, Lake Constance, the castles in Füssen and the Alps can be reached in less than an hour by car.

Zellerberg is surrounded by picturesque forests, hills and fields, and is ideal for cycling, walking and golfing.

Rieden-Zellerberg with a population of almost 1400 inhabitants offers everything for a relaxing holiday: quiet country life, a walk away two cozy restaurants with outdoor terraces, a bakery and many shops 3 km away.

Whether you want to be pampered in the spa Bad Wörishofen (10 minutes by car), enjoy a round of golf (10 minutes on foot), the children in the leisure and adventure park "Allgäu Skyline Park" (15 minutes by car), in Ravensburger Spieleland (1 1 / 4h) or in Legoland Günzburg (1h) to enjoy or explore the sights of the Bavarian region. Neuschwanstein Castle, Munich, the Fugger city of Augsburg or Lindau on Lake Constance, everything can be reached in about 1 hour by car or train.

Our area offers a wealth of opportunities for an unforgettable holiday. In winter you can reach the nearest ski lifts in less than an hour.

For geocachers, there are tips and assistance from the landlord to find the best stages in the area and for Ingress players there are hints to the most beautiful mission mosaics in the area.

The entire top floor is rented with approx. 120m² of living space and a large balcony for cozy evenings in the sunset. The light-filled kitchen with dining area and the cozy living room with large sofa invite you to linger. A SMART TV with internet access and a WII game console are ideal for pastime. Also, of course, there is free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

The first bedroom has a double bed with 200x180cm mattress support and is directly accessible from the living area. The second bedroom also has a double bed of 200x160cm and is accessible from the corridor. Ideal is an occupancy of up to four people. For additional guests can still be created space by a 3. Bedroom (on request and for a fee!)which is outside the apartment but on the same floor or on the sofa in the living room.

In the garden is the pool with 7,30x3,60m and 1.20 m water depth.

Suprise stop in the countryside
I booked this apartment as a one night stay while touring through the area. The house was easy to find and Roswitha was prompt in responding if we needed anything. The apartment was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The home is across the street from the church so the church bells started at 6am and chime EVERY 15min:( There was no sleeping in but this isn't uncommon in small towns across the country. The apartment is also listed as a 3 bedroom - I would say it's a two bedroom with a couch in the living room. The couch could sleep two small kids in my opinion not two adults. We did use the washer and dryer which was a nice option as most places don't have both. They also had a Wii which was great for my boys to move around after being in the car. The town is very quiet and safe. There is a pool but we were not there long enough to use. Overall we would stay here again:) Thank you for sharing your home!

Beautiful!
Lovely third floor flat, with gorgeous windows. Rosie was there to greet us and show us around when we arrived, she also provided information and suggestions on things to do in the area (great tip on a playground near Neuschwanstein), restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment is very spacious and put together beautifully. The windows/doors all open and you get a great cross breeze. There is a nice deck to sit out on. The kitchen is fully equipped. Rosie even offered bins of toys for my kids to play with. This places is even more beautiful in person than the pictures, highly recommend!

Roomy, bright apartment perfect for a getaway
We stayed here as two Moms meeting up for a weekend away with 3 children between us. The place was well equipped, clean, beautifully laid out. It worked out perfectly for us. Checkin & checkout were easy. Everything was in order. I would recommend this for a holiday rental.

Sehr schönes modernes Loft. Stiel voll eingerichtet mit liebe zum Detail. Das Bad ist etwas klein sowie die Dusche Vorhallen für 8 Personen. Drei sehr schön eingerichtet Schlafzimmer. Wobei eines davon nur durch eine schiebe Glastür, die etwas schwer zu öffnen und schließen ist, da sie am Boden schleift. Und im Bereich des großen Küchen, Essens und Wohnzimmers befindet. Daher sehr laut wenn andere noch etwas auf bleiben möchten. Das vierte Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Wohnzimmer, also auf der großen Couch oder eine aufgeblasene Schlaf Matratze. Die Küche könnte noch etwas mehr Besteck und Gläser vertragen. An den Decken Ecken sammeln sich etliche kleine Flügen die komische Flecken hinterlassen, nicht in den Schlafzimmern. Kaffeemaschinen, Toaster, Wasserkocher und noch mehr stehen in einem offenen Regal der Küche, diese wahren sehr eingestaubt sowie die Bad Lampe. Der Außenbereich beim Pool und zum Pool war etwas ungepflegt. Der Rasen war fast bis zum Knie hoch. Aber im Großen und Ganzen sehr weiter zu empfehlen. Der Rest war super.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, die sehr hilfsbereit und viele nützliche Tipps und Infos geben haben; interessante Wohnung im obersten Geschoss, sehr gut ausgestattet, für die Kinder sind Spiele vorhanden (u. a. Wii), Nutzung des Pools incl., Nur das Bad ist ein wenig klein, aber alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön! Große Küche mit Kochinsel. In der Küche gibt es alles was das Herz begehrt. Durch die große Fenstern kommt sehr viel Licht rein. Sehr gemütlich Bette. Hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge im südlichen Bayern. Für große (und auch kleine) Familien hervorragend geeignet. Habe noch nie eine Unterkunft gehabt, bei der es selbst den kritischsten Geistern schwerfällt einen Mangel zu finden. Der Pool am Haus, war für die Kinder das Größte. Die Vermieterin ist immer sehr nett zu uns gewesen.

Sehr schöne helle Wohnung
Top Ferienwohnung, modern und trotzdem mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alle Zimmer sind passend möbliert und ausgestattet. Die großen Fenster und ein schöner Balkon lassen einen zu jeder Zeit das Tageslicht und die Sonne genießen. Mit der Nähe zu Kaufbeuren wohnt man rundum versorgt. Allerdings muss man wissen, dass man auf das Auto abgewiesen ist, um manche Ziele zu erreichen. Der Pool war für die Kids das Highlight, weil sie jeder Zeit dort drin planschen konnten.

Es erwartete uns ein wunderschönes Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmern, großzügigem Wohn- und Essbereich. An den Schlafzimmern grenzt ein großer Balkon. Für die Jugend gab es eine Wii mit zig Spielen. Hinter dem Haus gibt es einen Pool und einen sehr schönen Garten. Aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen mit 35 Grad wurde der Pool ausgiebig genutzt. Das Loft liegt Nahe an Feldern und Wiesen, was ideal für Gassigänge mit dem Hund waren. Auch der Hund fühlte sich dort sehr wohl. Obwohl es eine DG Wohnung ist, hat man die Hitze nicht so sehr gefühlt, da sie wohl über eine gute Dämmung verfügt und man auch gut lüften kann...Dank der großen Fenster/Türen. In der Küche findet sich auch alles ausreichend, dass es an nichts mangelt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt, den wir alle sehr genossen haben.
