Lovely stay in the mountains
Nice room with a view towards the Matterhorn, with a bath, and swimming pool. Ski-in, ski-out, next to a red run. Breakfast on Sunday didn't start until 8am but was otherwise a reliable choice.

Hotelzimmer zwar in die Jahre gekommen aber super sauber. Wir hatten ein Lowbudgetzimmer aber man muss auf nichts verzichten (Shampoo, Duschgel, Bodylotion vorhanden). Super Frühstückbuffet.

Hotel aus den 70er Jahren mit schöner Bergsicht
Unbelebtes Hotel ohne Personal im Haus. Personal hält sich im Nachbarshotel auf, wo sich auch die Reception befindet. Hotelstandart unverändert seit den 70ern. Es wurde nichts investiert. Atmosphäre ist lieblos. Komfort ist aufs Allernötigste reduziert. Man fühlt sich im Hotelkomplex nicht willkommenDies bei 4 Sternen.

Preis-Leistung nicht okay: kleines/enges Badezimmer; keine unterirdische/gedeckte Verbindung in den Wellness-Bereich: Wasser im Pool zu wenig warm, Umkleidekabine klein, ohne Haartrockner oder anderen Annehmlichkeiten. Lage: sehr gut an der Skipiste. Personal: freundlich; jedoch wurde uns versprochen, unser Gepäck aufs Zimmer zu bringen, was nicht getan wurde. Klassenunterschied zwischen Superior-Kunden und "normalen" Kunden spürbar.
