Our location is ideal for events and family reunions. The house is very quiet, right on the edge of the forest and offers pure relaxation. The 4 apartments with separate entrances are all new and tastefully decorated. 23 people find in 4 apartments with 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms sufficient retreat. In the luxury apartment we set up a large table for 16 people for celebrations and meals. A large flat screen TV is available in every apartment.
Ample parking and a large children's playground with children's vehicles are also available. The use of the spacious garden with barbecue area is a highlight. Garden chairs and furniture are sufficiently available. Nearby there are many recreational activities. Level, well-maintained bike paths are guaranteed. There are hiking trails in beautiful mixed forests on site. Further activities see www. mckamp. de.

Irgendwas ist immer, auch am schönsten Ort
Ausstattung im Haus und um das Haus super. Alles was man braucht und viel mehr vorhanden. Unsere Gruppe 12 Erwachsene (zwischen 45 und 50 Jahren) und 7 Kinder. Eigentlich alles top, besondere den Kindern hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Aufgrund der vielen Rezensionen von größeren Gruppen und da das Haus in einem kleinen Industriegebiet liegt, dachten wir nur man könnte etwas ausgelassener sein. Die Vermieter leben aber im EG des Hauses, promt am ersten Abend um 22 Uhr waren wir schon zu laut und wurden darauf hingewiesen. Zugegeben, wir waren laut und der Bass unserer Anlage brummte sehr aber es war jetzt auch kein Rave. Draußen hätte das wohl auch nicht gestört aber bei Minus Temperaturen im Winter waren wir Erwachsenen natürlich im großen Wohnzimmer im 1.OG und das störte wiederum den Vermieter unter uns. Insgesamt drückte dies bei uns etwas die Stimmung, da wir nicht das Gefühl hatten uns komplett entspannen zu können und einfach Rücksicht nehmen mussten. Trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt. Nur unsere Erwartung war halt eine andere und scheinbar war wohl auch noch nie so eine laute Truppe wie wir da, das sagte man uns zumindest :-) d 7 Kinder

Die Ferienwohnung war einfach toll! Sie war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Die Gastgeber, die im Haus wohnen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren mit unserer Vereinsgruppe dort und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden definitiv wiederkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert!"

Ein sehr schönes Familienwochenende
Im und um das Haus war alles super. Es war ausreichend Platz für uns. Die Betten waren bequem. Die große Wohnraumküche war der Treffpunkt , nicht nur zum Essen. Super waren die Outdoor-Spielgeräte, die wir voll ausgeschöpft haben. Alles war so, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Das Objekt befindet sich in einem Gewerbegebiet am Waldrand. So kann man auch später am Abend etwas lauter sein. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen. Großfamilie im September 2024

Wir waren 15 Personen, 4 Kinder und 11 Erwachsene verschiedener Alterstuffen. Dafür war das Haus perfekt. Wir waren öfter zusammen im Garten oder in der größeren Küche aber auch dann wieder jeder für sich. Die Lage ist perfekt um viele Ausflüge zu machen: Würzburg, Aschaffenburg, Steinau... Wandern oder Stadtbesichtigung alles kann man von dort aus macheb.

Wir waren eine 10er Gruppe alte Schulfreunde mit PartnerInnen, fast alle >60 Jahre. Die FeWo hatte alles was wir brauchten, war sehr gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Die überaus freundlichen Vermieter Regina und Günter Marx waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben sogar für eine ganze Woche Superwetter gesorgt. Das größte Kompliment das wir machen konnten: wir haben sofort für das nächste Jahr wieder gebucht.

Absolut Empfehlenswert für größere Gruppen
Wie war mit 13 Personen dort und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist echt super und die Ausstattung ist auch etwas hochwertiger. Und es gibt einen sehr großen Tisch zum Frühstücken. Der Aussenbereich war auch perfekt für uns. Eine super Sitzgelegenheit, die für große Gruppen geeignet ist und auch bei schlechtem Wetter sehr guten Schutz bietet. Es gibt eine schöne Feuertonne und 2 Grillmöglichkeiten. Und Feierholz ist auch zu einem Fairen Preisvorteil Ort vorhanden. Die Vermieter waren auch super nett. Alles in allem kann ich diese Wohnung bzw. Das Haus sehr empfehlen. In der Gegend selbst ist nicht ganz so viel, aber mit dem Auto kann man genügend Freizeitmöglichkeiten erreichen.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus lässt für größere Gruppen keine Wünsche übrig. Verteilt auf vier getrennte Wohneinheiten hat man sowohl die Möglichkeit im großen Gemeinschaftsraum Zeit miteinander zu verbringen als auch sich mal zurück zu ziehen. Die Auastattung aller Wohnungen ist tipp topp und mit Familie Marx hat man wunderbare Gastgeber. Sehr ruhig im Gewerbegebiet gelegen, kann man unmittelbar in schöne Wanderwege einsteigen und die lokalen Sehenswürdigkeit des Spessarts entdecken. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
