Overall very good
We stayed for a week and had an overall very good stay. The hotel is of a very good quality and the staff very friendly. The cleanliness was outstanding. The rooms perhaps a little small. The buffet style meals were ok, but not the best, but the restaurants around were very good. A very busy part of the beach front and quite noisy but that’s not the fault of the hotel. Good if you’re looking for a holiday with lots going on but not if you’re looking for a quiet, chilled time away.

Il check-in è stato lunghissimo! Penso che il personale della reception oltre ad essere poco accogliente abbia poca dimestichezza con il gestionale. La prenotazione prevedeva una camera singola vista mare, ma dalla camera che mi è stata assegnata (1° piano, nonostante la segnalazione di preferenza di un piano alto letta solo dopo la mia lamentela!) più che il mare si poteva godere di una bella vista sul cemento catramato! Nel balcone (se così vogliamo chiamarlo) non è prevista neppure una sedia! Tempi lunghissimi anche a colazione per avere un cappuccino anche se i camerieri sono di una gentilezza unica! Se cercate la cordialità, la simpatia e la tipica accoglienza romagnola allora evitate questo Hotel! La parola "saluto" qui non esiste! Le aree comuni sono più che apprezzabili e la pulizia è accettabile, anche se l'addetta delle pulizie inizia alle ore 8 ad armeggiare con l'aspirapolvere, quindi se desiderate dormire un pochino di più vi sarà difficile. Il segnale del Wi-Fi nelle camere è molto debole difatti ho utilizzato sempre la mia linea telefonica.
