Ranch Surprise
Very nice arrangement, beautifully decorated. It was more remote from Sedona than I could determine from the website, and the road was rough, but the setting was very pretty. We were close to sites like Crane petroglyphs and Montezuma Castle and Well that we probably would not have known about had we stayed in Sedona.

Great views , rough drive
We had a great stay. Property has beautiful views and we enjoyed sitting by the fire and watching the stars at night. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive. Giving 4 stars because reviews made it sound like easy drive to Sedona. It is actually closer to 7 miles from main road and 4 of those were unpaved. We rented a van. I would highly suggest an SUV as this road was very rough and added about 25 minutes to our drive each day. If you want peace and quiet it was perfect. But next time I would stay closer Sedona.

Wonderful property, beautiful scenery
This is one of the best VRBOs I've ever stayed in. The owner was wonderful and responsive, the home was immaculate, and you could not ask for a better view. I loved every second at this place. It was hard to leave! Highly recommended, 10/10!

A week in Sedona
We stayed 7 days at this vrbo outside of Sedona. It was a refreshing respite from the busyness of town. The place was very clean and inviting. The host was great. The experience checked all the boxes for us. We are a retired couple looking to enjoy all the sites, but not all the hassles of staying in town.

Wonderful stay. The Guest House is comfortable, cozy and has many nice touches like big fluffy towels, shampoo and soap, farm fresh eggs left for us and little snacks on hand. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the cottage was spotless. A really wonderful, private and unique location - you feel like you are away from it all. (The short ride down a gravel road was worth the solitude and is a beautiful drive). Gary, the host, knows how to show hospitality in just the right way. He greeted us and was available, but not at all intrusive. He was kind enough to make a fire for us which was a real treat …. star gazing, hearing the low moos of the cattle and whinnying of the horses in front of cozy fire overlooking the beautiful untouched expanse of desert was a real treat. A great and unique spot and a great stay.

This property is even better than described. If you are looking for a relaxing place to unwind, this is it. A charming guesthouse on a rural property surrounded by mountain views. Check in & check out process is easy and owners are available on site if needed. The guesthouse was very clean and welcoming. Beds are comfortable, A/C works excellent and they have nice little touches around the house to make it feel like a home. We will stay here again for sure.

Clean, quiet, friendly
Husband, two teens and I stayed here for the week while we took day trips hiking and site seeing. Great place to relax after a long day at the Grand Canyon or hiking in Sedona. The hosts are super friendly and accommodating if you need anything. Sunrise views with cows, deer, and rabbits are calm and perfect for getting the day started. The guesthouse is very nice. Very clean and perfect for our family of 4. Would definitely stay here again.

Great guesthouse, on working cattle farm
We had a great stay. The guesthouse is on a working cattle ranch, and there may be cattle wandering around the property as you drive in. The house has 2 bedroons and a sofa-bed, and all of the beds were comfortable. The sofa-bed has a newer mattress. The property manager greeted us on arrival and check in/checkout was easy. We didn't have to do any extra cleaning on checkout. There's a corral with the owner's horses and we had fun feeding them grass. There's a BBQ and firepit area outside too. It was cold when we were there and we didn't use them. Just a note that they don’t have an oven but the microwave has a baking feature and it can be used instead. They also have a Keurig with k cups and a drip coffee maker. We had fun, and I'd like to come back in the summer.

Beautiful, Secluded Ranch Stay!
We loved this Ranch experience! We explored the Ranch, watched the stars, and cooked on the grill/campfire during our stay. The dirt road leading up to the guest house is rough, but easily passible with an SUV. All amenities worked perfectly, and the host was very responsive. I would recommend the local Coconino trails, such as The Bell Trail to The Crack, which is 4 miles up 618 from the guest house. Also, the wine walk in Jerome and Sedona city are nearby! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for sister shenanigans
Three sisters, 53-60, met for our yearly vacation. This location was close enough to visit the main attraction, Jerome, Sedona, Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon (spent one night away in Page) but was far enough away from town to enjoy the stars, fire in the pit, peaceful and quite. We loved walking on the ranch with our morning coffee and having our alone time.

Simply Amazing!
Our stay at the guest house was simply amazing. Checkin was completely seamless, the location was away from the bustle of Sedona traffic, which we loved, and there were so many spots to visit a short drive from the house. The space was clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed. Each afternoon we had a chance to take a dip or a splash in a nearby watering hole. We visited the Montezuma Well just up the road, and we took a day trip to the Grand Canyon in addition to visiting the Sedona area for hiking. This place has it all- including the most amazing view of the night sky I have ever seen. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Perfect for our family of four
This was our last stop on our Grand Canyon, Page, Sedona trip. It was the best spot we stayed at. Everything in the space is new and clean. We had everything we needed to cook our meals on the grill and enjoy a sit down dinner. The beds are very comfortable and we all slept well. Highly recommend. Plan your grocery trips as it’s about 30mins to Clark’s grocery store. We found that having lunch in Sedona then grabbing groceries on the way back for dinner worked well.

Modern convenience within remote wilderness
This was an amazing little find for my family and I! We love nature, but also enjoy being comfortably tucked in for the night! The location is so gorgeous, surrounded by wilderness and mountains. The trails and roads in the area are fun to explore ( highly recommend renting a Jeep). We got to greet mama and baby cow when coming and going everyday by the gate, so cute! It's close to Sedona but nice to come back to peace and quiet every day! The hosts were responsive and friendly and the house was charming and clean with all the necessities to feel like home away from home.
