This brand new house is the perfect place for your stay. It's walking distance to downtown and pristine beaches, plus has all the amenities necessary to enjoy a relaxing visit to the "Isla del Encanto," the Island of Enchantment.

At Happy Casita you are just a short walk away from Rincon's most serene beaches where you can enjoy surfing, snorkeling, sunbathing, swimming, fishing, and boating by day and epic sunsets by night. Exotic wildlife can be seen just outside the charming and cozy home. You'll spot iguanas, abundant marine life, and many different types of birds and plants. And you can't miss the endearing sound of the native Coqui frogs calling to their mates at night, "Co-kee, co-kee".

Happy Casita is close to everything, but private enough to be in your own world and escape. Awesome house close to everything!
This property was fantastic for our family of four. It was an easy walk to the town square, where there were many places to eat and grab coffee. It was also a very close walk to the beach and also a short drive to everything you’d want to do in the area.

Excellent time spent in Rincon’s Happy Casita
Great stay at my VRBO. Happy Casita was a new construction property and everything was new and perfect. I have been familiar with the area so my time outside of the property was just as good. Highly recommend!
