The location was a little tricky to find. The room was a great size. The room were humid so there was a dehumidifier in the room that you have to empty twice a day to avoid a smell. The pictures on the site are nice but once we arrived the jacuzzi and pool water were cloudy. Overall very spacious and comfortable just need a little tlc or staff available after 5pm.

I stayed 4 days. On one day there was a bark and howling dog in a room on my floor. I mentioned this to a house staff member around 10 a, as I departed for the day. When I returned that evening after 9p, the dog was still howling. I turned up the white noise and fell asleep after 10p to the howling. I think the owners were with a large group in the pool, and the noise ceased when they came up. Otherwise it was a nice place with a view. Definitely stay here if you like zoos.

The property was overall good. Pretty with plenty of seating around the proprty. There are details that need attention. Outside windows were dirty which obstract the view. There was a female hair in the shower that wasn't mine. Only 1 coffee cup per room. I had to go 3 flights of stairs to get extra mug, use the microwave, get the only blower and iron available for all guests.They should have these items available on the 3rd floor as well.This will not break the bank.

The coffee maker stopped randomly making a cup of coffee a very slow process (not a huge deal breaker but could be fixed). Heard noises from faucets and furnitures in other rooms (it wasn't all the time but at times it was somewhat bothersome). The king bed of c1 was a bit to hard (made an uncomfortable sleep in occasions) Other than this, the place & staff were very nice.
