Pleasant stay, but few thingsa could be better.
It was a pleasant stay. Food was amazing . Staffs were helpful . However, the room needs more cleaning . We could see stains on the cushions in bed. And there are spiders on the ceiling . We could hear people talking whenever they walk by. Unless we close the corridor door . Other than that, it wad a really pleasant stay. Will definitely return!

Nice but not a four star price range
The room didn’t live up to a 4 stars hotel expectation. The building although renovated had still lots to do in order to gain freshness and the quality or space did not match the price range unfortunately.

Great Hotel
Stayed for 2 nights on a business trip. The rooms are fairly basic but very clean and very comfortable. The hotel is located away from the centre of Ringkobing meaning it is very quiet on an evening and a good nights sleep is easily achieved. Excellent service, both at reception and at the bar/restaurant. The food menu is limited but the dishes are very tasty, well cooked and well presented. Great wine selection. Wifi in the rooms was better than most hotels, I did a speed test and was getting 25Mb download speed and 15Mb upload speed. I was streaming UK TV in my room with no issues or buffering. Plenty of free parking available. All in all a very good hotel. I need to go back to Denmark in 2 weeks time and will be staying here again. Would recommend this hotel to others.

Few days stay in the Ringkobing area
A few days stay for a friend's wedding in the area. The hotel was a great place to stay, ample space, comfortable and very good breakfast. 5* overall rating really down to the staff who are very friendly and make you feel welcome. Also incredibly helpful (I forgot a laptop!) that they kindly arranged to post back to me with good grace. First time in Denmark and left with a great impression.

The hotel is beautifully situated...with a short 8 minute walk to the city centre. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are bicycles to use at no charge. There is a quaint little bar. Overall a wonderful place to stay for a few days!

For being in a very small town in the west of Denmark, the hotel served its purpose for a safe, clean place to get a few hours of rest. It is a typical Danish tourist class hotel. Small room, smallish bed with two small pillows and a featherbed for covers, no top sheet. It's the Hot then Cold scenario. Room was clean, staff was gracious and morning breakfast buffet was just fine. If I go back to Ringkobing in future, I will likely stay there again.

Big hotel. Scandinavian style a little spartanic. Rooms very clean and quite large. Bed was comfy. Wellness area could use some brush-up. Very nice people at the reception (!!) Plenty of free parking. Wifi worked well. Good breakfast. There was also a water boiler for coffee in the room.

Vi booket hotellet fordi det stod at det var med spa og basseng, og vi hadde barnebarn med. Det står ikke tydelig at dette hotellet er kun for voksne hvis du har tenkt å bade. Det står riktignok langt ned på siden at barn under 16 ikke har tilgang til spa eller basseng. Ikke lokk med spa og basseng uten å si tydelig fra at dette IKKE gjelder hvis du har med barn. Man skal ikke være nødt for å lese med lys og lykte og lete etter alt som står med ”liten skrift”. Jeg bestilte via hotels.com og fikk opplyst pris på Norske kroner 4500.- for to netter for to voksne og et barn. Jeg valgte å bestille og betale på hotellet. Prisen jeg fikk servert da jeg sjekket ut, var på Norske kroner 5700.-. Orket ikke krangle på det der og da, fikk bare vite at ”det var slik det var”. Har lært ei lekse, neste gang skal jeg betale når jeg bestiller. Det står at hotellet er i eksklusiv stil med spa. Jeg vet ikke om jeg vil kalle det eksklusivt. Et helt greit tilårskommet hotell, men heller ikke mer. Hotellet får litt pluss på at Frokosten var bra, sengene var bra, og betjeningen var grei.
