Fehlende Kommunikation seitens Novasol
Es gab verschiedene Mängel (Klimaanlage ging nicht, kein Zugriff auf deutsche TV Sender). Nach 50 Minuten Wartezeit in der Novasol Hotline und nach 4 unbeantworteten E- Mails haben wir uns dann privat Hilfe gesucht. Novasol hat sich nach 6 Tagen gemeldet.
