Reception staff continually lying to me regarding all the problems that I had. Room description was nothing like the room I paid for. The rooms were dirty. The towels were not changed. The bins were not emptied. Room keycards kept on failing. Breakfast food was warm to cold. The bedding was not changed regularly. No water. No tea. Plastic cups.

Bra personal, riktigt trevlig frukost men rummet är riktigt dåligt för den prisbilden. Väldigt slitet och ganska dålig lukt. Skön säng dock. Bredbandet så långsamt att det var omöjligt att jobba på rummet. Fick sätta mig i lobbyn.

Strålende fornøyde med oppholdet på Frichs Hamar !
Lettvint beliggenhet for oss som kom kjørende langs E6. Litt problemer med å regulere varmtvannet i dusjen, ellers rent, fint rom og gode senger. Overraskende frokost med utrolig variert buffet og hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Vi er strålende fir lyde med oppholdet, og anbefaler gjerne dette til andre!

Potensiale? Mulig, men det er et stykke igjen.
Dette er et gammelt hotell som helt nylig er overtatt av et annet driftsselskap. De ny eierne kunne gjort mye mer før de tok i mot gjester. Her var det mye som ikke var forberedt, bl.a. opplæring av ansatte, bookingsystem som ikke var i system, ventilasjon/vedlikehold etc. Temperaturen på rommet var hinsides varmt, ingen mulighet for aircondition eller regulering av varme/kulde på noen måte. Rommet ble ikke rengjort under oppholdet. Frokosten var preget av hastverk og lite fristende. Hauger av pålegg som var "kastet" på fatene, gammel salat. klebrig ost, gammel frukt - lite innbydende. Vi bodde i 6. etasje, og det var heller ingen sikring på vinduet. Det lot seg åpne helt, og rett og slett livsfarlig. Pris - dette var dyrt for det du fikk levert!!

Varmt og skuffende.
Vi skulle flotte oss litt og booket en suite. På bildene så det flott ut. I virkeligheten var det et ordinært, litt slitent rom. Det var riktignok forholdsvis stort, men det var slett ikke noe luksus over det. Det verste var likevell st det var ekstremt varmt på rommet til langt på natt. Frokosten var ok, men ingenting mer. Noe av den varme maten var kald, og det gikk tregt å fylle på juice. Det var kaffe fra automat, noe som for meg trekker ned.

For meg som måtte suse rundt med bil under oppholdet var hotellet sentralt utenfor sentrum. Lett å finne parkering utenfor hotellet og med butikker i umiddelbar nærhet. Frokosten var god og renholdet var topp. Og du, det var Ritualsprodukter på badet.
