It has potential but needs some work. It's a bit loud with all the traffic. The property itself is nice but the location is not ideal. There is a ton of traffic all night.

It was in very dangerous neighbourhood. No taxi or uber wanted to go there, not even during the day. Only like in a street nearby and at night even this was not possible. The owner left me alone in the dark in front of the building for a while with my suitcase instead of waiting for me. Apperently he knows it is far too dangerous to live there? Very minimalistic, only a bed. Nothing else. Not that i mind that part, that much. Just very dangerous to stay there and not an area you want to walk at night. Especially alone.

Péssima experiência. Falcatrua.
Reservei uma hospedagem em um quarto no apartamento do senhor Luiz, na Ladeira dos Tabajaras, 156, apto 201 conforme anúncio de hospedagem e fotos. Foi então, que quando chego, este senhor me avisa que mudou e me coloca num hostel, situado na travessa Santa Margarida, nº 23. Hostel sujo, com roupa de cama suja (lençol com manchas brancas), quarto e banheiro pequeno, atendimento péssimo. Paguei um valor em dinheiro e ele não tinha troco. Saí de lá e ele não devolveu. A toalha era encardida. O chão sujo, a cama péssima e desconfortável. Fujam desse hostel, desse anúncio. Não recomendo. Não é questão de luxo. É falta de limpeza e bom trato com os clientes. E não cumprir aquilo que foi contratado.
