Very nice 3-room apartment, bright and sunny, located in a recent residence, 100 meters from the shops in the tourist center of the Christmas Market and near the vineyards. Will be available from January 1, 2017.

La première mauvaise impression a été concernant l'état de propreté négligé voir inexistant de cette location. La personne chargée de l'accueil et entretien effectue la visite au pas de charge en parlant (trop) beaucoup. Une fois seuls nous avons pu constater la présence de poils notamment d'animaux et autres dans les lits, aux sol, sur les sanitaires etc. , de la poussière dans tous les recoins et la table de la cuisine sale. Nous avons envoyés les photos à la propriétaire qui s'est montrée compréhensive et de bonne volonté. Si les locataires trouvent l'appartement propre, c'est que les précédents auront fait le ménage. Ce qui rejoint pas mal de commentaires sur différents sites allant dans ce sens. La literie est à changer en urgence. L'appartement manque d'entretien, dommage. La situation géographique est recherchée car idéale et ce bien reste une bonne adresse pour visiter cette belle région.

Bien situé, tout proche du centre de Riquewihr et bien placé pour visiter les autres beaux villages de la région. Un lave linge mais pas de lave vaisselle, ce dernier nous aurait été plus utile mais c'est un détail. Merci à Nathalie pour son accueil sympathique.

Nette Wohnung, sehr zentral am schönen Riquewihr und den umliegenden Weinbergen. Parken direkt am Haus, 2min. ins schöne Riquewihr. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im 10 min. entfernten Ribeauville. Negativ: direkt an der stark befahrenen Zufahrtsstrasse, daher doch recht laut.

Riquewihr en smuk by.
Byen skal bare opleves kun 200 m her fra lejligheden. Og et besøg hos den lokale Brygmester kan også varmt anbefales, et hyggeligt sted med gode øl og vin. Elsker man hvidvin og hyggelige byer er Alsace bare fantastisk.

Bij aankomst was de gootsteen bak geel/bruin; 1 nacht in water met veel bleekwater schoongemaakt. afdruiprek was niet te gebruiken, zo vies. er lag een doorzichtig plastic kleed op de tafel, ons deel schoongemaakt, zo vies. in het zit gedeelte was niet gestoft, in de slaapkamer grote pluizen door slecht stofzuigen.
