Who would want to stay anywhere else?
I have never Stig at all hotel/motel that had such excellent customer service. Every staff member has been incredibly nice, professional, and courteous. I am an operations manager, and whoever is running this hotel here in Moreno Valley has done an excellent job and pause training and follow through. Good for you homestay I will never stay anywhere else while on work assignments thank you.

The property was nice but our room had a smell that wouldn’t go away. Front desk gave us a febreeze spray but the smell didn’t go away. It was just masked with Febreeze. The remote for the TV kept pausing by itself every so often. And the bed frame wasn’t as sturdy as it should’ve been.. Anything we put on the side tables kept falling depending on how we got on the bed or how someone in the room next to us got on their bed..

We called the front desk to report ants, they sent housekeeping to get rid of ants but the cleaning supply used only made them come back. We couldn't unpack our hygiene supplies because we did not want them covered in ants.
