The room was much smaller than we realized. The bathroom was like an RV bathroom in size. Only got two pillows that may fit a twin bed size. All we needed was to sleep thank goodness, the shower i think would have been too small for us. Breakfast was nice.

Staff does not speak English! Asked for extra towels due to allergies with translator. She refused to give me extra towels. The gate does not open 24 hours. Luckily, someone at the neighbour property came with their truck and we left through that. It was a horrific stay. I would recommend anyone to stay. Staff at hotels and especially close to the border should speak at least 2 languages, which one of them should be English.

Reception times not as advertised, Closed at 2.30pm when we arrived. Auto check in couldn't find my reservation. Had to contact Hotel.com, they eventually found that I could check in from the hotel opposite (Kiriad). Bathroom is very small with its own silverfish !

C'est un hôtel première classe avec le prix et le niveau de confort qui va avec donc rien à dire à ce sujet. Mais pour avoir fait plusieurs hôtels de différents standing, cet hôtel sort du lot des établissements à "bas prix" : propreté exemplaire, très calme, la chambre est faite chaque jour. Et en prime, un accueil avec toujours la même personne, très aimable et avenante, toujours souriante et agréable, qui m'a même prêté son radiateur d'appoint. Pour un hôtel première classe, niveau d'excellence de 5 sur 5 pour l'ensemble et 10 sur 5 pour le personnel

Avvertiamo (in orario) che avremmo tardato ,una signora gentile dice che non ci sara problema ,anzi che se ne avremo verra qualcuno ad aiutarci . Arriviamo ,il computer (non trova la prenotazione ),in effetti arriva un addetto che dopo aver resettato il software del computer ci dice di effettuare una nuova prenotazione .lonfacciamo e ci chiede la credit card . Al mattino facciamo presente la cosa e la receptionist dice che in automatico arrivera un rimborso . Il rimborso non arriva complimenti sia all hotel che al sito HOTELS.COM CHE NON USEREMO MAI PIU
