Las Palmas is a unique place! The city is surrounded by a listed forest and sugar cane fields. The property was entirely dreamed up by the owner. As a palm-tree lover, he gathered no less than 300 varieties from the entire world.

In the hollow of Rivière Pilote municipality, Las Palmas is just 5 minutes away from L'Anse du Figuier beach and a few kilometres away from the island’s most beautiful beaches.

Incredible experience and amazing hospitality!
A group of us (four) stayed at the Pastel's villa and absolutely enjoyed the entire experience. Christophe welcomed us at the airport and we followed them to the vacation rental. They made us feel like we were family and provided us with complimentary breakfast items: eggs, meat, fruit, milk, etc. The residence was clean, well kept, and quiet - we felt like we were at a resort. We highly recommend you spend time at this location, you won't regret it! Thanks again, Christophe!

C est notre deuxième séjour chez Mr et Mme Pastel. Rivière Pilote est un village plein de charme et d’authenticité. Nous (6 adultes et un enfant de 17 mois) avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison au milieu d'une superbe palmeraie. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et nous ont très bien accueilli malgré notre arrivée tardive. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine à nos retours après avoir sillonné l'île sous la chaleur.

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans la villa Wodyetia au cœur d'une magnifique palmeraie. La maison est très confortable aussi bien au niveau de la literie que des divers canapés. Tout est conforme aux photos et même encore mieux. La situation de la maison est parfaite, à 5 minutes des commerces et à 10 minutes de la très belle plage de l'anse figuier. Pour un premier séjour en Martinique, cette villa était l'idéale ! Isolée dans un magnifique cadre, elle se situe sur les hauteurs de Rivière-Pilote, au milieu des palmiers. Tout le confort est là ! De la piscine chauffée en passant par la machine à laver, la climatisation dans les chambres... Rien ne manque ! Nous sommes ravis de nos vacances ! Merci beaucoup à Mme et Mr Pastel !! Les propriétaires étaient charmants à l'image de leur maison. Les lits étaient confortables et la climatisation dans les chambres apréciable. La maison est conçue de façon à pouvoir vivre dehors et apprécier la végétation qui l'entoure.

D'excellentes vacances dans une très agréable maison
15 jours extrêmement agréable en grande partie grâce à une maison accueillante et chaleureuse. Nous étions 2 couples et 3 enfants : en terme d'espace, c'était parfait. Mr et Me Pastel sont des gens charmants qui mettent tout en œuvre pour rendre votre séjour le plus sympathique possible. La maison est très bien équipée, la literie parfaite, rien n'a redire sur les draps, les serviettes, etc... La piscine chauffée est un vrai régale, et Mr Pastel la sécurise comme il faut si vous venez avec des enfants. A recommander sans hésité !!! Merci Mr et Me Pastel !

Un jardin pas comme les autres...
La palmeraie est un enchantement dont on se délecte avec ravissement dès le pied levé. Et la piscine chauffée dont on ne se lasse pas non plus ( justement parce qu'elle est chauffée ..:-) ) a été un lieu de regroupement très prisé par toute la famille.. La villa est très fonctionnelle, sa literie d'excellente qualité et les chambres climatisées sont parfaites. Buanderie flambant neuve, cuisine très bien équipée. En synthèse, tout est là pour passer un séjour exceptionnel. Mme et Mr Pastel sont à la fois discrets tout en restant très à l'écoute, ce sont des propriétaires extrêmement chaleureux et sympathiques. Un 10/5 pour eux aussi ! :-) D'un point de vue pratique, la villa est située à moins de 10 minutes en voiture des plages de Saint-Anne ( Salines / Pointe du Marin) et à moins de 5 minutes des poulets et ribs boucanés.. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation !

Le propriétaire est une personne agréable qui sait vous mettre à l'aise. Mon épouse, ma fille et moi avions besoin de repos après une année harassante et c'est tout naturellement que nous avons choisi la villa Wodyetia, pour son environnement verdoyant et apaisant. Cadre magnifique pour cette villa, la piscine donnant directement sur la palmeraie est un vrai plaisir pour se rafraichir en fin de journée. Villa tout en bois très bien équipée (climatisation dans les chambres très appréciable) et très agréable. Cadre très reposant et très différent des zones "touristiques" (ce que nous recherchions). La localisation permet facilement d'accéder aux endroits à visiter de l'ile. Une super semaine de vacance très reposante. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Une maison dont vous rêvez
Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans la fantastique villa Wodyetia. C'est un endroit dont vous rêvez. Les propriétaires sont des gens très gentils. Ils nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement. La maison est très calme, entouré par le magnifique jardin de palmiers de M. Pastel. Il est non loin des belles plages du sud de la Martinique. La maison est équipée avec tout ce que vous pourriez souhaiter. Un endroit idéal pour des vacances en famille merveilleuse. Nos enfants ont dû jouer beaucoup de plaisir avec une piscine, la pelouse pour le football, et bien sûr avec les chiens. Merci à Mme. et M. Pastel que nous pourrions passer nos vacances à la Villa Wodyetia. Faut-il voyager en Martinique à nouveau, cette maison serait certainement notre premier choix à nouveau.

Paisible et romantique
Nous avons passé 5 jours chez les Pastel, en fin de séjour sur l'île. 5 jours de bonheur et de relaxation. Un accueil sympathique dans ce joli chalet installé au bord de cette exceptionnelle palmeraie du Dr Pastel dont on profite en pataugeant dans la piscine. La décoration est charmante, le chalet est confortable et idéalement équipé (accessible aux PMR). Les lits sont fermes. Nos hôtes ont été d'une disponibilité aimable et discrète. Das Haus komplett aus Holz und vom Sohn des Vermieters mit viel Liebe erbaut mitten in einem traumhaften Palmenhain. Sehr ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. Super freundlicher Empfang und toller Komfort.

Superbe séjour dans superbe villa
Nous avons passé 1 semaine il y a déjà 2 mois dans cette sublime maison et nous nous en rappellerons pendant longtemps. Les hôtes sont très hospitaliés, la maison comprend tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. La situation de la maison sur l'île est bonne, cependant il faut obligatoirement avoir une voiture pour se déplacer, rien n'est facilement accessible à pieds. Bref, une maison que nous recommandons à tous (famille, amis) sans aucune hésitation !

Location qui stimule les sens et les émotions. Tout d'abord on en prend plein la vue avec la palmeraie qui vient de tous ces verts mélés nous offrir un spectacle changeant selon la météo . Et puis ici tout est fait pour le bien être: décoration, équipement, piscine,environnement calme.Les efforts sont réduits car tout le confort est là pour faciliter la vie des petits et des grands. Le pincement au cœur est fort lorsque l ´on doit partir car on y fait une vraie parenthèse au cœur de la propriété de la famille Pastel si bienveillante. Ici on est niché sur le haut d un morne , comme dans un écrin à la campagne pour une belle authenticité à proximité de toutes les commodités, activités et lieux de détente. Merci à vous 4!
