View of an HVAC unit through a tiny window for the standard room. When asked for a different room staff said not possible because all other standard rooms are booked on a Wednesday night when I clearly see the building is empty. Toilet cover broken in the room.

I had been seeing this location advertised and I have gained a liking for posh hotel locations. Liberty Trust is an excellent location. The hotel is historic and beautifully maintained. The staff is very friendly. There is a bar/restaurant in site with experienced mixologists. The room was small but highly suitable for a short stay. The hotel is accessible to local restaurants and a date night environment. I would highly recommend a stay here, and I will support this location again in the future.

Beautiful converted historic bank building, very well executed. Very comfortable and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Top-notch service, everyone I interacted with was very pleasant and extremely helpful. I accidentally forgot my tablet in the room and they contacted me immediately and shipped it back to me within days. Could not have been happier with my time there. If you want to take all of Roanoke in, this is an ideal base to do it from. Walkable to almost all points of interest. Lovel y, friendly city too.

What a beautiful converted bank into a boutique hotel. Love that they kept the history and it’s centrally located to the square where there is great shopping, dining and art galleries. The Market Gallery is a must see!!
