Booked this hotel as I was in town this past weekend for my cousin's wedding. Staff was like night and day. The first hotel staff member was limited in how helpful she was. The hotel apparently had issues with various rooms the batteries on the door key entries wasn't working properly the first staff member gave us a room with said issue and never offered to provide a room with a fully functional key entry. She said she called maintenance to fix the door and they never came. It wasn't until after me and my mother whom was sharing the room with me when we came back from dinner we approached the front desk because the key entry hadn't been fixed as a result we were unable to enter our room without assistance. The 2nd staff member at my mom's suggestion gave us a new room that was much better than the first one. The hotel is an older hotel as was obvious due to some of the bedding and paint on the walls being ripped and the plug outlets and toilet paper holders being old and rusted. Wouldn't recommend this place unless they do a complete renovation of the building and hire a more consistent and helpful staff
